Crap quality clothing
Crap quality clothing! Return my
Items still waiting for a Refund!
*AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY*
*AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY*. 1. You'll likely get an item that is not as described, similar-ish yes, but not even close to the images and description or the perceived quality shown online, that they advertise.
2. You'll likely have no paperwork or return procedure in with your package. If it arrives in a sandwich / freezer zip-lock type bag, don't be surprised!
3. The 30 day return they advertise... Good luck with that, there's no phone number to call, there's no online quick and easy return process but an email to use... And don't hold your breath, as you guessed it, they don't tend to be good at responding.
4. Don't be fooled by the brick and mortar branded retail building online... It doesn't exist of course.
5. Their website T&Cs and returns policy is extremely well crafted and diligently written to ensure that they can indeed ship utter shite to your door, that's nothing like what you thought you were buying that arrives from China... And if you do wish to return it, you will pay the Chinese postage costs back, oh, and that is if they reply to your email (which you'll likely not hear back from), Remember, it then depends if they actually do say they've received the goods after you sent them.
6. They have no Google reviews for a reason, and Trustpilot is your clue from others on what to do... Step away from their advert and enticing goods... Go spend your money at a reputable retailer / brand name you know.
7. IF you still have to be that person who wants to risk it... Buy on your CREDIT card, and hope your credit card company will dispute and reverse the charges.
Just saying.
Shoddy goods
If it were possible to give less than a one star review I would I thought I had checked trust pilot before placing my order - obviously I didn’t Fortunately I only bought one shirt but as soon as I opened it I knew I would be sending it back. The quality was so poor I emailed as per their instructions to ask for details to return the item giving my reason as ‘didn’t like the shirt - not as advertised’ I was asked to send a photo- why ? Anyway I have now got the email offering me 10% refund to keep it or 50% store credit and no need to return the item. I await my 10% refund in anticipation !!

They are passing off Super Dry garments and using their photographs
Key ldentifiers:
Brand Patch: The woven black

displays Superdry's signature "Athletic /

Drawstring Details: The drawstrings

lounge shorts prominently use
leather-wrapped tips/aglets.
James or William Oxford scam
As all the other reviews say, this is a SCAM. I went on to their “JAMES Oxford” website after seeing an ad on YouTube. I was suckered into buying clothes by their slick marketing and air of authenticity. The purchase acknowledgment came instantly but the shipping confirmation took nearly two weeks after I’d sent emails to their “Customer Service”. The shorts were eventually shipped from China and were 100% polyester …
Avoid
Eventually received goods which were nothing like the advertising and poor quality. Returned items at a cost of £27, nothing. Mailed etc. Tracking says in Chinese customs, been there for weeks. Referred matter to credit card company, hopefully will get something back otherwise wasted £130. Avoid. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Saw ad in Facebook, looked great, thought were a UK based company, how wrong I was....
Jumper quality nothing like it was…
Jumper quality nothing like it was advertised. Sent back months ago requesting a refund, but 3 months along the line its still at customs allegedly and no sign of a refund, despite proof of postage. Now the company are ignoring my emails.
Chinese rubbish sold as quality clothing items using fake photographs
This appears to be connected with a whole series of scam adverts on YouTube where the seller implies a long standing British or Irish heritage and supplies low quality junk clothing from China (received if you lucky after a long delay). Other names used are “Patrick Dublin” and “James “Oxford” (see the pattern?). All sites show the same
Fake photographs of products. I suggest you avoid them all.
Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company. The quality of the goods is dreadful and certainly nothing related to the photos on their website. After numerous email exchanges I was finally given an address in China to return my jumper to. It is now 8 weeks since I sent the parcel and I have still not received a refund. They are now not responding to my emails.
Fake Trustpilot Reviews on Website. Poor Quality Goods. No Contact
Looking at their website they posted fake Trustpilot reviews on their website. I purchased a striped jumper. Came with terrible quality and nothing like the photos on the website. I tried to return. The only way of contacting them is via email, which bounced back saying ‘I have a virus’ - despite trying multiple email accounts and computers/phones. No way of returning at all. £71 for something I can’t possibly use.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company! I purchased 2 tops which, when they eventually arrived, were huge and awful fabric. I decided to return them at my own expense, despite being told I could keep them at a discount. They were tracked as having arrived at the return address a month ago but despite several emails from ‘Olivia’ in their customer service dept I have still not received my refund. She is now not responding to my messages. Something should be done to shut down these Chinese traders.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. Quality of the clothing is shocking and couldn’t get a refund. They simply ignore e mails
AVOID
AVOID.
A family member purchased a jacket from one of Wiilam Oxford's post on Instagram.
Item was immediately marked as 'shipped', preventing any 2nd thoughts, which we did have.
In reality it took a long time to actually get shipped from China.
When it arrived, the jacket was questionable quality, but much smaller than the label size.
After a complaint to their customer service email, and, after some back and fore, they offered a 30% part-refund, which we accepted, planning to give the jacket to someone who it might fit.
We were told that refund would take 3-5 business days.
Two weeks later part-refund has not materialised at all and the follow up emails are now not being answered.
Draw your own conclusions, but 'AVOID'.
Appalling company
Appalling company. Goods eventually arrived. Ridiculous sizing. Exceptionally poor quality Company has zero interest in customer satisfaction. Returning shoddy, shabby products back to China is costly, and frankly unacceptable. Despite company maintaining they are transparent etc etc. it’s a pity they are not honest about their products. Avoid at all costs!
Update. As of June 30 I have still not received any promised refund. Absolute rogues
Incorrect sizing guide on every item…
Incorrect sizing guide on every item purchased and misleading returns policy. Chinese based company portraying as an Oxford retailer based in UK
Striped pullover…
This company makes it impossible to get your money back! DON’T BUY FROM THEM
Dishonest Chinese company called Liu Changxing
Shoddy and dishonest Chinese company doing everything it can to pretend it is British (Liu Changxing is it;s real name) and doing it's best to hide the fact product quality is terrible (really, just TERRIBLE), wrongly sized (everything way too small), shipped from China (takes ages to arrive) and then no way to return.
When you do get a return address it tells you everything you need to know: No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, Suxi, Yiwu Town, 310000, Zhejiang, China.
Everything about this company is a total and utter rip-off. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Shocking, Nothing Like the Photos- Cheap Rubbish
Shocking. Paid £39.99 for a top. It arrived after a month and was a cheap Chinese pile of rubbish. What followed was offers of keeping my item and gift vouchers. To return it cost £15 and I reckon I’ll never see my money back.
Do not buy from them - they are a cheap Chinese Warehouse who sell tat!
This is a scam
This is a scam, the product when it arrived was cheap, nasty and nothing like the illustration and description on their website. The Trustpilot reviews on their website are fake, as are the photos of an upmarket physical store. There is also a fake Royal Mail logo to make you think that the product is being shipped in the UK, in fact it comes from China!
I'm trying to get a refund.
Avoid this company like the Plague.
They sent the wrong size XXL instead of…
They sent the wrong size XXL instead of M I asked to return it but they insisted on sending me another
The quality is awful it’s made of horrible shiny material and bears no resemblance to the picture
There’s no label on it no washing instructions not even a size it’s on the poly bag it comes in
William Oxford who ever they are must be ashamed of the product if it’s not even labelled!!
Don’t be a fool like me don’t buy their rubbish
