My dress didn’t fit. So emailed to send it back. I went backwards and forward with about 10-15 emails asking for a refund. It was excepted so I send proof of receipt. That cost me £16. Now I’m being totally ignored with no refund. Really not happy. Awful company that need shutting down

THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS PURCHASE WAS AWFUL , THE SIZING WAS WAY OUT , THE COMPANY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH , TOOK ME OVER A MONTH TO GET A RESPONSE, FINALLY AFTER MANY EMAILS BACK AND FORTH I SENT THE ITEMS BACK TO UTD STATES ( I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH A UK COMPANY ) IT COST £18 TO SEND BACK THE ITEMS AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT AND SENT IT BACK TO ME . THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

If it could be 0 stars, that's where I would rate this operation. After many frustrating emails back and forth with their customer support I followed the exact details of the return process, which included customs forms and all (costing me $35.70 to return 3 items which totaled $94.85). All documented and sent EXACTLY the way LB required. Yesterday I received the package back saying it was 'refused' - no refund to date. This place is a complete scam - save your $$.

If I could give them a zero score I would! Not a UK company. Says provide refunds but this is inaccurate. They fobbed me off over email several times. The sandals I bought were too small. They said they would send me a larger replacement pair. They sent me a completely different more inferior pair of sandals. Kept offering discounts on future purchases - no way was I giving them any more of my money! In the end I gave up. I have two pairs of sandals, rubbish quality and neither fit me. I urge you to avoid them!

Worst company ever used. They will avoid emails for weeks so they don’t have to refund you so you’ll be going through your bank to retrieve anything.

Dreadful company that cannot be trusted. Shoe sizes were incorrect and quality was very poor. They mislead you into thinking they are based in Cambridge UK. Trying to get them to honour 30 day free returns is impossible and each customer service rep gave a different option that contradicted what the previous person said. In the end I gave up and donated the shoes; hopefully they will fit someone.

The ordering process was straightforward, but I received shoes around two sizes smaller than the size 6 I ordered. After contacting the company, I was told I could have a refund or replacement, so I chose a replacement because I liked the shoes.
However, communication was repeatedly delayed, and I was later told I was outside the 30 day period. Despite challenging this four times and explaining that the delays were not my fault, the company refused to provide either a refund or replacement. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Fraudulent company who refused to refund me after I paid to return the shoes. Over 20 emails over several weeks/months.

This is a scam company. Items are poor quality and they refuse to allow returns - I’ve spent 4 weeks going round and round in circles with them, they just send generic replies from AI (called Rosie) and have point blank refused my refund, despite being within their terms and conditions. Do not buy anything from them, they literally steal your money.

1 star is too much. Wrong size sent, told I’d get a refund of 75% so I didn’t have to cover the cost myself if returning the shoes that they sent in the wrong size. This was not handled within 60 days so now they can’t process it. Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Avoid !

I ordered a jacket and pair of orthopaedic shoes, neither of which matched the description provided and the shoes didn't fit. I asked for a refund and they kept putting me off (even asking for photos of the shoes!) and actually asked me to send the items to a warehouse in America. I refused and eventually got worn down until I accepted a 30% partial refund which never arrived, the excuse being that the money was being refunded from China. I eventually asked my bank to remedy this and they provided me with a full refund - Chase Bank are brilliant! - and I hope that the money is taken directly from this company's account.
I will NEVER get involved with this company again and I would advise anybody thinking of doing so to think again.

Everything pointed to this company being a legitimate UK brand, but it is far from it. The clothes come from China and all correspondence from the US. I ordered a dress, it was slightly tight across the bust so I asked if I could return it (the material was not to my liking either - very cheap looking). I was told that it would be too much of a hassle to return the item so they offered me a replacement (at my cost) which I refused. Several emails later and they said they would refund me a third which I eventually accepted. However, I awaited the refund but nothing came. Emailed them again - gave them all the info which they already had and now all correspondence has dried up which I felt would happen.

I generally don't write reviews but need to warn others about the difficulty of a return I have sent now 12 emails I simply want to return tge item have had to send photos sowing g the fit despite all of that I am still battling to return my item would never ever order from them again

Love Bloom saga continues. I received a mail from them on 26th July saying they were looking into things! Nothing heard from them since. I stand by my previous review this company is a SCAM. After numerous emails exchanging. a recent mail from them asked me for my order number. Really!! I'm done . Take notice everyone they are just out to part you from your money sending you cheap tatty clothes and shoes. I can't find words that are printable to express how awful this company is.

No stars would be more appropriate.
I ordered a pair of white trousers and when they eventually arrived they were very poor quality, shiny material and the design was nothing like the photo on their web site. The legs were far too long and not tapered as advertised in the online photo.
I immediately asked for a refund and was offered various money off next purchases as if I would buy anything else from this company. They wanted me to give up- but I did get my money back thanks to Nationwide from my card . So DON’T buy anything from this company.

Very disappointed with the refund process

I am extremely disappointed with how this company has handled my refund. I requested a refund and was told it would be processed, but the money has still not been returned to my debit/credit card.

What is especially frustrating is the lack of transparency and clear communication throughout the process. If a refund has supposedly been issued, customers should not have to repeatedly chase the company just to find out where their money is.

I paid using my own money and expect a refund to be returned to the same payment method without unnecessary delays or excuses. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the company.

Very disappointing customer service and refund handling. I would strongly recommend being cautious before placing an order.

This site is a scam. The products do not match the description / image when they arrive, and "customer services" make it impossible for you to feel like you will get a refund if you return the item, and they make you pay the postage to the US to return it, so you are out of pocket either way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!
I ordered a dress which was not sized properly, the quality wasn’t brilliant either.
Requested a refund but had to send pics first.
Sent the pics and they offered 30% refund and we could keep the faulty dress which was of no interest to me.
Requested a ‘full refund - no hassle’ as advertised on their site, again they offered the 30% and keep the dress.
Sent numerous replies to their meagre refund offer and everytime they offered the same refund.
Then they passed us over to a resolution support company (allegedly) who increased the offer to 40%.
Again we replied asking for the full refund but unsurprisingly they didn’t budge.
As this hassle been dragging on for approximately 6 weeks we got fed up and said we would regrettably accept the pathetic amount and they confirmed it would be processed that day.
Nearly 3 weeks later and we still haven’t received any refund, apparently there’s a problem with the repayment system being updated!!!
It didn’t take us long to know we have been scammed, all the signs are there - after writing in excess of 10 emails we never had a reply from the same person (allegedly), and the so called resolution support company had no names. Coupled with the shoddy product and dubious returns policy we realised we have probably been had.
