Ordered 2 wigs Nov.7th, 2021. I didn't receive an order confirmation, when I checked my wigsbuy account, no mention of an order. I've emailed them and was met with an annoying voice msg. Do not order anything from them. It's a scam.

Very disappointed. Received my wig today. It's the right color but wrong hair style. Very disappointed

Purchased two wigs and Received one. The other is being shipped. I was sooo disappointed. with the one Received. Very poor quality. 😢 It was cheaply thrown together. Tried to comb out the snarls only to have so much hair in my wig comb. I found if I put my hand through the hair I would have strings of hair coming out.
The poor construction, matting, and shedding is a real shame. My second wig has not made it yet but, when it comes I will post.

Ordered from this firm six weeks ago no wig just posts saying sorry for the inconvenience absolute scam should be stopped for advertising disgrace!!!!

I did not even want to choose 1 STAR for this company. Ordered a wig, was charged on my credit card and NEVER received my order. I emailed over and over and no one ever returned my calls. DO NOT use this business. They are a scam and I'm not sure the business really exists!! I should have read the reviews first!!

I placed a order and with the hour I cancelled my order.
I put a hold on my credit card.
I could not believe all the bad reviews on the web about this company.
Online it said my order was cancelled. I took off my hold on my credit card. In 2 days they charged my account. They sent me the cancelled wig. It's too big and very bad quality. They don't answer their phone. In there e-mail it said, after cancelling I put in another order. They will not accept it back! DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS with this scam company!!

This is a scam! They do not fulfill the order, but try to keep a portion of your money. You will be scammed!

I ordered around 3 times from this company. I did that because the first order was perfect. The hair color, the style and the size was what I ordered. After that the second order was a different color and the wrong size. I waited after the pandemic to see if these Chinese could get it right. The wig came yesterday and there was not enough hair, the style was wrong and the size was wrong. My head is large and not small or average, so I had to throw it out because getting a refund from these Chinese is impossible. I am never ordering from them again. I will get an American company to stand behind their products. Don't order from them ever.

Unverschämtheit. Halb fertige Perücken zum Preis von fast 400 Euro. Muss hier um mein Geld kämpfen. Finger weg von diesem Laden. Muss die halbfertigen Perücken zurück nach China senden obwohl diese aus Ratingen gesendet wurden. Unfassbar!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could select 0 stars. Waited a month (with no confirmation e-mail, order number, or tracking information) and received whatever wig they could fit in the box. Not even close to what I ordered.

STOP! DO NOT PURCHASE!! I wish I had read the reviews before I entangled my hard earned money in this overseas-China purchase. Two months and I have not received my order. I plan on requesting a fraud investigation and refund from my American bank. I don't have coins to waste like this. It's a mockery. Don't allow the pretty pictures to influence your buying decision. Read ALL the reviews. DON'T DO IT!

After couple weeks to complained with PayPal, I got full refund. Thank you PayPal!

If it's possible to give -100 in a review I would about this company. I grudged even tapping the stars! This company is a total scam! I hope others read these reviews before ordering, I so wish I had! The wigs received are shocking! I wouldn't even put that near a dolls head never mind my own, they're that bad I wouldn't even embarass myself at Halloween wearing them! Felt grimey, smelt awful, looked awful, 1 was matted at the crown like it had been singed with heat, other one had great big glue globs as follicles, nothing like the pics in the slightest. Sent an email complaint & the reply is laughable "I think the wigs look ok, you keep them & would you take a $40 discount" Eh nope! If I want to do a full refund/return they'll only give me half of what was paid & I have to pay the return fees! Absolutely shocking how this company is allowed to trade!

Wished I could rate them a negative 0. BUYER BEWARE! This site is a complete fraud. What you see on their site is not what you'll get. They post pics from other sites and send you something worse than a halloween wig..no style, wrong color, thin, synthetic hair. On top of that, they had the nerve to ask me to pay to return it to CHINA..good luck with that!!! This company is crazy. Thankfully, my bank refunded all of my money because I'm sure I'm not the only one who has reported this company for scamming people.

This is not a legit company. It uses pictures from other wig sellers and promises same product cheaper and quickly. My conclusion is that it is a Chinese scam using American technology for quick profit. A POS from a Chinese scamming company. I ordered an expensive ($300) human hair wig earlier this year. What I got was a clownish wig you might wear at Halloween. None existent customer service. I got my money back by filing claim with my credit card company. DONT EVEN CONSIDER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THESE SHYSTERS!

I purchased 2 wigs same time, one came the other showed up 2 weeks later. The phone number is non functional, no response email. When the second wig came it was a different wig than ordered. Neither wig looked anything like the pic. They will NEVER get another order from me..SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY ELSE WHERE.

I ordered a wig in #27 color and they sent a wig in #1color. If you have not ordered from them, Don't! They are a scam. They have no return addresses nor customer service. They are not located in te USA.

When I ordered a wig three weeks ago, they claimed it would ship within 3 days. When I tried to cancel the order a week ago, they told me it was too late bc it "had already shipped" and have me a FedEx tracking number. A week later, the status in FedEx is "pending" meaning they haven't received the package. I've tried to call but there's no customer service number for the UK or US.

Please people listen to all the bad review. All this is 100% true. Do not buy from these people.
