This company, Wigsbuy.com, deserves 0 stars for scamming customers. Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. Stay away or you will lose your money and have an ugly wig. This website, Wigsbuy.com, is a scam!

One day I started receiving daily emails out of the blue and never subscribed to wigsbuy. I have tried to unsubscribe over 20 times and I keep receiving these annoying emails. I don’t need a wig. I’m a guy, with ALL OF MY HAIR.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY ANNOYING!

Do not buy from this company. The wigs are awful & nothing like the photographs on line. The company make it as difficult as possible to return goods.

Awful, fraudulent company. The wigs are not as advertised and are made in China. You cannot get a refund and have to pay for shipping to return. The company is run by con artists who take months to respond. Do not use this company.

I have learned to read reviews of wig companies before I order. Wigsbuy was an eye opener. Beautiful looking wigs, nice pricing. Seemed legit. SO WRONG! I ordered and waited and waited. No wig, no customer service, no phone number. Put in complaint with PayPal. Few days later here comes a wig straight from China. OMG. Bozo would have rejected this wig. I was in shock. Thought you’ve got to be kidding me. Finally ended up filing claim with American Express and getting my money back. Wigsbuy is in business to swindle customers. That’s the bottom line.

Worst experience - bought a wig and when it arrived it was nothing like the one advertised. I contacted Wigsbuy who advised me to return it and they would refund me the cost plus postage as it had to be sent to China! This was months ago and they still have not refunded me. Initially Wigsbuy said it had not arrived but that is not true as I have tracked proof that it did. I have repeatedly emailed then since and have not had even the courtesy of a reply.

Very responsive and great communication with customer service representative. I feel very happy to have this because it feels very light and comfortable and I colored it and it turned out beautiful! Thank you! I Will order again!

My credit card was fraudulently used to purchase, I don't know what, and when I contacted WIGSBUY's "Client Services" for information all I got was the proverbial "run-a-round." They are useless. I would have given them a minus star if it was available. Do not deal with this company if you value your credit information because it is not safe.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Paid £130 never received product. Countless emails no response other than a customer survey questionnaire an absolute SCAM DO NOT USE

The wig was not as pictured. Not the same style. It took several emails back and forth to convince the Rep I wanted to return the item. However, due to the Return address in in China, it would cost more to return it than to keep the item, and on top of that, they will deduct the shipping expenses, which at the very end, I would loose by returning the item. That is why I do not recommend it.

AWFUL!!!! AWFUL!!! Really wish I read the reviews! This wig is hideous! I wouldn’t even wear it for Halloween. Such a scam! There goes 70 bucks in the garbage! Super upsetting!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company, they are into ripping people off, I bought a wig from them total cost is $71.78 when I received the item it is not the same and it's to long item that show on their website picture so I decided to contact them for return for refund, they replied back to me that they want me to take picture and send back to them which is I did after that they told me that there is nothing wrong with it and if I want to return it and they will refund me for $35.00 so I decided to disputed my payment with paypal, they replied back with $50.00 refund and they gave a China address to send it back, to ship it back to China it will cost me $28.55 which is leave me with $21.45 that is horrible
as far as I am concern their policy is suck, I will make sure that all my friend and family not to buy anything from this company.

Their photos are so cute! My purchase arrived, the color was hideous. I got no answer at the phone number. They did get back to me quickly when I emailed---with the instruction that I could not mail it back without approval from customer service, that I would first have to mail a photo of the "problem." I sent a photo. They said the photo didn't indicate to them there was a problem, that the photo showed the product as advertised. They did offer several options, to included a $44 refund of a $64 purchase, because they had to deduct for shipping. I decided not to send back because it was all in original packaging and I figured they would just resell to some other unfortunate soul. Lesson learned. At least my loss was not as great as some of the other folks whose reviews I've read. I would never ever purchase anything again from them and advise anyone considering a purchase to rethink that decision.

My wig is looking very different from the one I ordered, not even close! I'm very disappointed. Reaching costumer service via phone and email is impossible!

Ordered Jane Fonda Fluffy Medium Wavy wig from Wigsbuy. I made mistake in applying discount code. Customer service promptly applied it for me. Received wig In just 3 weeks! So beautiful right out of box. Boyfriend agreed. I have a hair topper. I’ve never had a wig. So happy with purchase.

Not a generic response when I reached out. I felt that personal connect as opposed to the usual robotic generic response. Greatly appreciated that.

I ordered two wigs and some accessories. The total was just over $300.00. I received the accessories that were less than $50.00 total and I received one of the two wigs. The $145.00 wig I purchased did not arrive. I made a complaint to the company and through Paypal, but it was my word against theirs. I recommend that people do NOT do business with this company. They are cheats. I wonder if they're selling the same wig over and over without ever sending it out to customers.
I should have looked at reviews (not on their site) before purchasing. This company is a scam!

UPDATE: Out-of-the-blue, I received the second wig and a couple of free items. I don't know why when they were resistant about correcting the problem. Maybe because I filed a fraud claim. Yes, they made-good. Would I buy from them again? Definitely not. It was more aggravation than it was worth. The scam was in place until it was officially reported.

I was exuberant to receive my wig and the wig super exceeded my expectations. I will definitely do business with this company again. They always answered my emails in a timely manner. Thanks again, for this most valuable experience and I just love your products.

The reason I rated Wigsbuy service with 5 stars have nothing to do with the fact that I had to wait almost 2 months to get my order. The reason I rated the service 5 stars is because after 6 weeks, with no wig yet to be delivered, I got immediate response less than 24 hours after addressing the fact that it was well past 30 days and I still had not received my wig purchase. They actually gave me tracking links to let me know exactly where the package was, and even put in a request to speed up the process when the wig landed in Chicago, IL. However, I can say this: Even with the extended waiting period, it was no fault of Wigsbuy. My payment and initial shipping was processed quickly. It was the USPS that created the long waiting period, no thanks to the US Postmaster General or Covid protocols. I really do LOVE my wig, and it was definitely DEFINITELY worth the wait! It's gorgeous!!! Next time I order, I'll just count on waiting two months not to get my hopes up with the postal service because even paying expedited service wouldn't make too much difference.
