I just received a awful wig I ordered and not no where like the picture. A scram and rip Off! Doll synthetic hair. I will not ever order anything from China ever again. No return address. Run!! don't order from these people.

I need wigs for medical reasons, on the website they stated that shipping is within 48 hours. Hell No..liars and fraudulent!! I ordered on 8/28/21 still nothing. I asked for a refund and Paypal put a stop- order on my money then the company is sending emails to say they will ship as soon as I remove the claim from paypal. That's not going to happen especially after reading these reviews. Send my money and keep your crappy wigs!

One star is too much for this company! The wig I received yesterday was not the one I'd ordered in any way - different colour, style, length. What they'd sent me you could only put on a scarecrow; disgusting!
I need wigs for health reasons and they cheated my so badly!

The company scams people out of their hard earnings. I purchased a wig for a friend with cancer and the sent me a used, dirty wig that had obviously been worn. When I asked for a refund they refused and then gave me a fake address.

Does not even deserve one star. They are a scam. They sent me wigs which totalled over $300. I was not receiving them, so I contacted customer service, they wanted another $150 for border customs. I told them I wished to return, as that was way more than they are worth. They refunded me $110, and told me that was the amount I agreed to. So I’m out over $200. Going through chemo scam artists are the last type of thing you want to deal with.

If you want doll hair, buy from WigsBuy. I was completely ripped off. I asked for a refund and all I heard was "crickets"!!!

Poor quality, only 7 days to return to China (Beijing)....no address on website for returning. Don't do expedite mail, I got item 7 days late and I paid extra $$ just to have for a wedding!!!!

Would never buy from again. Read the fine print. No exchanges or refunds after 7 days, even though I never wore it. Wig looks nothing like the picture.

I really wish I had read this first, spent over £170 on three wigs months ago.

Still no wigs ! They have offered me a partial refund claiming that ‘because I want to cancel’ NO I said if I don’t have my goods then you should refund me in full!! No goods no money

I have been receiving emails from them saying it’s being made but reading other reviews I’m unsure what is heading my way …. If anything at all 😏. Also have moved home since placing order it has been that long.

Oh No!!!!! I wish that I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them. I had the wig on for less than 3 minutes and my entire head was itchy because of their inferior quality. It cost me $27.00 to send a $60.00 wig back. I did it because I did not want a total loss.They told me that they may not return my money because I did not follow their policy. You get what you pay for in this case which is garbage!

I ordered a wig on 2/05/2021 and still haven't received it nor the refund I requested 3 months ago. This company is a totally fraudulent outfit and should be avoided like the plague!!

From reading previous reviews, I was afraid it was going to take forever to receive my wigs. I actually received them within two weeks. I was terribly disappointed. One was the wrong color and the other one didn't look like the picture. The wigs smell funny and they look cheap. Luckily I didn't buy expensive ones. I wanted to test their integrity first. They absolutely have no integrity. They are selling garbage to Americans. Please stop patronizing these people

Do not order from this company. The wig came in obvious used condition and they will not send me a return shipping address. They will try to get you to keep the wig fir a small refund and continuously ignore giving a return. They try saying wig is customized to my order and it is obvious it is not a new wig. They are in China somewhere. They are a sam as others have stated!

This is a scam. purchased a few months ago. took forever to receive it. It smelled and was matted. Used comb received with it to unmatte the hair. The waves do not exist. Tried a curly mouse not help. Washed it still nothing. Wrote to company for a refund and to date no response. Don't walk but run from this company.

This company is a total scam. They do not even deserve one star. Takes forever to get your order and if you do it is a horrible totally unwearable product. They say to have your stylist fix it. If you brought this to a stylist you would be laughed out of the place. Good luck getting a refund.

I ordered a wig from them several weeks ago. It finally arrived after weeks of waiting and the wig was appalling. I contacted the seller via email and after several emails I was finally offered a partial refund if I packaged it according to their instructions and I paid the return postage. I did this and have been waiting for a refund. I have been tracking the parcel it is now stuck in China Customs awaiting duty payment. I emailed the seller once more to tell her and have been told that I am responsible for making this payment!!! She has provided me with a link to make payment (no doubt another scam). I will now try to make a claim through PayPal as I’m obviously not going to get anywhere with Wigsbuy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered extensions from this company and they never gave us a receipt or anything to prove we paid them money for their product. But now an $89.00 charge from an Asian company that doesn't exist showed up on our pay pal account the day I ordered the extensions. No extensions ever arrived! And their website says ORDER thru pay pal, it's safer. They never gave us a reference number to contact them.I am obviously new to online ordering and have learned a valuable lesson.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this website. I ordered a wig and when it came in, it did not look like the picture at all. I have contacted them several times for a return with no response. Theft.

This company is a scam. Yes they provide wigs but the quality is garbage and the process to return is a circus. My mother purchased a wig during her CANCER treatment and it showed up a totally different color than what she ordered. Trying to get in touch with anyone in customer care took literally a week and then it was emails in broken English. I was told they would refund her partially and she still had to pay for shipping to return. No return label provided, nothing. Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
