I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I bought this wig. I ordered a light brown, they sent ORANGE it was disgusting and nothing like the photograph. I've seen better hair on Barbie. I tried everything to get my refund but they just gave excuse after excuse so in the end I gave up.
So if anyone is thinking of ordering from this site then all I can say is DON'T .

If I could give them a zero I would. They were terrible to deal with when I complained that the quality of the wig was subpar. At that point they offered me $20 refund and refused to give me a return address for a full refund. Stay away! Scammers! Also stay away from wigsis.com which is run by the same scammers.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. Seriously! I’m saving you a major headache.

Ive been chasing them down for weeks and the "manager" is going to tell me bout they had technical issues. If I place another order he can refund it after that one. Don't worry they time coming!!!

Terrible company if you want to call them that!!!! Unfortunately, I did not research the reviews before purchasing. Never sent me a receipt. Absolutely NO customer service whatsoever, after 2 hours of research, found out they have numerous companies..( alias). I had to cancel my credit card…and we all know what a pita that is….DO NOT buy anything from this company. Seriously! I’m saving you a major headache. Hopefully someone will eventually file an international lawsuit against these scammers.

I ordered online from wigsbuy.com and when my package took three weeks past the delivery date, I followed up. The delivery company claimed that they made an attempt to deliver but my address was wrong (it wasn’t). When I pursued it they eventually admitted to losing it and that I would have to go back to wigbuy for the refund. Wigsbuy had me forward any emails from the delivery company and then write me to say that they would refund my purchase but not the delivery fee because I gave the wrong address! I am still disputing it because the delivery service lied about an attempted delivery (the email I sent them) but they refuse to refund that portion. What a ridiculous experience.

This company is also BestWigs.com. Total rip off and scam!!

Terrible experience! I will never purchase or recommend wigsbuy.com. The 159.00 wig that I purchased is not what I received. I provided my receipt that confirms what I purchased is not what I purchased. Wigsbuycom would not give me a refund. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau .

Don’t buy from this company. I did, and I very much regret it. I did not realize it was a company of Chinese who can barely understand English; as a result, the entire experience was a nightmare for me, to say the least, costing me over $400. Everything that you read here — all the negative reviews — are true. I kick myself for not having read them before ordering; had I, then I wouldn’t be writing this because I wouldn’t have ordered from them, no matter how great the pictures of the beautiful models are. Everything they said to me, every promise from them, was a lie. I don’t think they understood my questions because their responses had no relationship to them; they barely made sense, just like the products they ship out. The first wig I ordered was $330, but what I received was an entirely different wig (wrong color, wrong style, wrong texture, cheaply made, a piece of worthless Chinese junk). When I complained, they wanted me to keep the wig and accept $50 as partial refund. They must have realized how absurd that was, because they raised it to almost half of what I paid. I asked them why they couldn’t simply send me what I ordered, but they gave me no response except to try to put the blame on me because I didn’t order the color of the wig in the picture, obviously not realizing that wasn’t the color I wanted! Yet they actually claimed it "wasn’t [their] fault.” Then whose fault was it?! They kept my money while telling me that the partial refund they promised me was "sent last week”. (I still haven’t gotten it.) They said they “tried to get me $150.” Oh please. They say on their website, “Your valuable comments about our items will be appreciated to approve ourselves. It’s laughable! Don’t fall for it! They told me I was their best customer. Clearly, they think I’m stupid. I can’t imagine how they treat their worst customer! Today, I received the second wig I ordered from them (which thankfully didn’t cost me as much because I’ll never see a dime of it), and I am not at all surprised that it is a totally different wig than what I ordered. The wig I ordered is described as “super long length straight hairstyle synthetic hair capless wigs 24 inches” and the color I ordered was "SH#613 platinum blonde”. What I received is a wavy wig with jet black roots! It is thus clear to me that these Chinese grab whatever they have on their shelves and ship it out, knowing we won’t return them because the postage is too costly, while they keep our money, which is so dear to them that satisfying their “best customer" means nothing to them. And yet they actually had the audacity to say to me, “I hope you’ll give our website a good review.” After I had a good laugh, I asked them if they thought they deserved it, but they knew the answer, so of course they didn’t respond.

If you want a quality wig from a reputable dealer who isn’t afraid to provide their name, their location, their telephone number, and a Customer Service Department, you won’t find it here! You will find it, however, at Headcovers, Uniwigs, or Hair Toppers. I bought 3 “toppers” from Headcovers over the years, each of which was quality — not cheap Chinese junk — and was exactly the one I ordered, which I have been wearing for 6 years now. I also have toppers from Uniwigs and Hair Toppers, which I wear as well. (With a topper, you have to keep your own hair the same length, but I wanted my hair long, so I needed a topper to match my length as it grew out.) You won’t be able to get that kind of quality from this company — if you get anything at all. Don’t expect these people to do the right thing because it is obvious they don’t know what that is. Just give them your money and know you will get nothing for it.

It's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Wish is read reviews before buying but oh well,it's almost the right colour, almost the correct style,it's a bit boofy,I might try thinning it out. Might wear it to the shops but nowhere else.My advice,read reviews I got 2 amazing ones from milk and honey and the cost was only slightly higher

Bloß nicht warte seit Anfang Februar dass Paypal mein Geld zurück zahlt. Ich habe die Ware an den Absender zurück gesendet mit Abliefernachweis und bekomme mein Geld einfach nicht. Immer wieder wird es geprüft. Finger weg von WIGS

False information, fraudulent res presentation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you don’t. Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!

Unverschämtheit. Hab die gelieferte Perücke NIEMALS bestellt. Muss hier um mein Geld kämpfen. Bekam nach etlichen Mails 40% angeboten, aber ich will die gelieferte Perücke NICHT haben. Finger weg von diesem Laden. Muss die Perücke zurück nach China senden, obwohl diese aus Ratingen gesendet wurden. Unfassbar!!!!!!!!

Returned unused wig 11 16. It was delivered to them 12 5. USPS track shows. Wig was nothing like the picture. Cost me 78$ . Then 28$ to return to their china location. They’ve got wig back and they’re keeping my money. They are crooks. Do not be scammed by them

I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy months ago. I have sent multiple emails regarding it and no one will respond. They have taken over $100 and I have no product. Do not buy from here.

I sent 350dollar on the 18.february to purchase bundles of hair for Weaveon. The receipt was confirmed but the hair never arrived up till today! I made many Telefon calls but nobody was available. No customer care to assis

Order# 1510596: ordered placed 2/6/2023, per your delivery info I should have received my order within 15 days. This is not a lace front wig. It has now been a month and “no” word from you. I am willing to give you an additional week to at least let me know something. I need the wigs for an event.
