Better than TalkTalk!
I’m no expert on internet things but I have left TalkTalk after years of the internet only working 50% of the time.
Wight Fibre’s connection actually works and has never dropped out or failed once since I had it. And it is a better price too! 🙂

The installation team were very good.
The installation team were very good.
Thereafter, speed has been variable and, at times, slow enough to cause 'buffering' which we have not experienced for some time and certainly not with Talk Talk, the previous provider on an overhead copper line rather than the end-to-end fibre from Wight Fibre.
Not sure if that is the reality of things but lets see....
Having been contacted by Wightfibre since, they suggested contacting their Customer Servoce Team but I can only do that by phone as the wifi from their fibre install is intermittent and currently (7th August 2026) off line at home altogether...
And having since spoken to Wightfibres Customer Service team, my system is apparently what I paid for.
Well, there we are then.

Everything has been fine and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
One problem we have had since it was put in is our tv channels keep disappearing.
I’m not sure why or how.
But it definitely seemed like it’s been happening since we began with Wightfibre.
