Reliable service but getting expensive
Reliable service overall and the advertised speeds are always available. Not keen on the supplied router. When the service does go out, it doesn't automatically reconnect and often needs 4 or 5 reboots to get it back online
My main bugbear is the cost. In 3 years, the price has gone from £28.99 to £41.89 for the exact same service, 300/300 Internet only. That's a 44% increase. That original £28.99 wasn't a 12 month promotion or anything either, just the going rate at the time.
Unfortunately, where we are, Wightfibre are pretty much the only game in town.

If our supplied router isn't quite the right fit for your needs, you're more than welcome to use a fibre-compatible third-party router instead. Our support team can assist with troubleshooting the WightFibre connection up to the router; however, support for third-party router settings and features may be limited, as these can vary between manufacturers and models.
Regarding pricing, we'd recommend contacting our Sales team to ensure you're taking advantage of any annual best-tariff offers available. We contact customers once their initial 12-month agreement has ended to discuss package options, but it's always worth reviewing your current package to make sure you're on the most suitable deal for your needs.

The service is pretty good
The service is pretty good. However, my only complaints are: the tv reception is lagging behind other tv's in our house. Also it is a little slow to react when turning on the guide option.
