I cannot Fault the excellent customer…
I cannot Fault the excellent customer care service that I have received from Wight Fibre. Despite their best efforts they were unable to connect me due to not being enough capacity on the BT Owned telegraph Pole. They had 2 separate teams out to try and connect my address. They lent me a 4G router while trying to install my broadband and even when they couldn't install it they said I could use it until BT have installed the broadband. Tom kept me up to date with all the progress. This is above and beyond customer service especially in todays world where everyone is so busy. I am disappointed that I cannot have wight fibre but wanted them to have a five star review. So a big Thank You all at Wight Fibre especially Tom. Jan

The greatest thing about WightFibre is…
The greatest thing about WightFibre is that they answer the phone and its possible to have a conversation with a real human being who is really intelligent as apposed to the barriers faced when dealing with other so called communications companies.
The second greatest thing is that the engineers know what they are doing and are also good at communicating with customers
The products offered can be taylored to meet the customers needs. The terms and conditions are reasonable and fair and it all works reliably! Thanks

Your call is answered straight away no lengthy recorded speil or loads of menu options, they are friendly and effiecient and you don't wait long either for an installation.
Unlike the big providers wightfibre is just for the island not the mainland so you get that local business style customer service which is lost with the big companys.

I had been with another company for 30 years,( Broadband).The cost was crazy for what I was getting. I had heard good feedback from Wightfibre so with such a good introductory price and free installation, I went for it.Best thing I could have done! Such a personal service, contact and support throughout .No fuss changeover as Wightfibre dealt with it all and not a problem since!! 6 months no issues then nothing but issues, switched from plume, spent out for a extender as they recommended and still issues.
Their system doesn't work with sky properly and conflicts.
Had engineers round and never seems like they can resolve anything.

Despite an initial waiting period of two months for the installation due to a lack of WightFibre infrastructure on my street, the installation went smoothly, the technician helped me connect my phone and TV to the wifi, and I have had uninterrupted broadband ever since.
The ability to choose a month-to-month option is an added bonus, as I don't want to sign a 12- or 24-month contract.

Excellent service and exceptional value for money.
Having realised that our Sky account was becoming increasingly more expensive we decided to try our local provider “Wightfibre” we were worried that we would loose our existing email and phone number. However, everything proved to be very simple. Once we completed our online application we were given an installation date immediately and everything went extremely smoothly. Having now used Wightfibre for four months we have found the service to be excellent and the download speeds are amazing, the TV and phone as well. We did keep our email and same number and virtually everything was done for us and the cost was less than a quarter of what we were paying our previous provider. Also the installation was on the exact date given and completed very well.
