WhiteKnights Estate Agency Arvostelua

Very good service from Gary (Woodley branch) and his team - sale handled with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent, customer-focused and efficient.

Having lived in Reading for a very long time, Whiteknights have always been regarded as having a very good reputation amongst friends and family. This was proven again with the recent sale of our property that we purchased via Whiteknights 5 years ago. Each part of the team that we engaged with was professional, capable and trustworthy.

We've used Whiteknights for both sales and letting. Reliable team who go the extra mile to make things happen

Would highly recommend. I have sold three properties over the last nine years and used Whiteknights every time. The staff are highly professional and on hand whenever required.

We recently sold our house with WhiteKnights, we had previously bought the property with them. The sales team were polite, friendly, professional, offering sound advice and a clear plan to market and sell the house. It sold in under a week at a price higher than other valuations. Scott Marlin has exceptional knowledge and an honest approach, and was a pleasure to deal with. The aftersales care was also brilliant.

Great experience overall specially John Bennett at Lower Earley branch has been amazing from the start till the finish line. He helped us all the way through. Thanks to John and the rest of the team.

Excellent customer support.
Rob Milne has been very professional and knowledgeable of the local rental market and always courteous and transparent in finding the right tenants for my property in Earley.
Thank you!

Just want to say that John at Whiteknights lower Earley was fantastic and really helpful in every way. He’s a real credit to your company.
Thank you John for everything you did for us.

We chose Whiteknights because of a combination of their reputation and because they were willing to sell our home for more than the other estate agents in the area. A promise they delivered on. When our first buyers dropped out Whiteknights rapidly secured half a dozen more, and were endlessly supportive, positive, and patient throughout the whole ordeal, always able to offer help to keep things moving forward no matter how chaotic the situation or how many bumps there were in the road.

I recently sold my property via Whiteknights having bought it via then years before. Really impressed with the clear pricing and honest appraisal of valuation through to their expediting of the sales process. They've always proven themselves to be knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Thanks for your efforts!

Scott is incredibly professional

People use their services as they feel more comfortable on high street shopping /fear of unknowns. In my opinion, They are not adding any value as an agency, and then more problems of invoicing / rent distribution in different account last year when they switch the system. I found it much more easy to handle myself and charges of maintenance are reduced by half, no expenses at start and end of tenancy (all their contractor super expensive).

I have given a 5 based on Scott Marlin’s work. I found Scott extremely knowledgeable, helpful and insightful. He made advertising the property very simple and was clear as the process and cost options. His intervention out of hours at a crucial point saved a considerable delay. I can’t praise his work too highly.

I would like say a BIG thank you white-knights🙂

The Team at Whiteknights represents among the highest levels of customer service i have experienced. Response to queries were turned around very fast. I would recommend anyone to give them a try for any property related matter.

Amazing customer service! Scott was very professional and went out of his way to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend without hesitation 👍

I have been dealing with Whiteknights for number of years and found them excellent in the way they run my full management account would highly recommend them

5 stars for White Knights & their team (Scott, John & Danielle). Great communication and smoothly transacted purchase.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They blank refused to let us view a house. They wanted to put us through an "affordability check", which no one else requests, but I can accept.

However, I wasn't comfortable giving my personal financial details to someone phoning from a mobile, who told me that he wouldn't save data, but how do I know?

I phoned WhiteKnights and said that if I had to prove affordability my broker would call them - Unlike their person, my broker has spoken with the bank, knows my finances and has run credit checks.

But no, I could *only* speak to their mortgage person, who told me he'd benefit financially if I used his services - it's purely a sales pitch.

Since then they've been rude, uncooperative and as I say, refusing a viewing. If I was selling my house through them (and I never would) it would raise alarms knowing very keen buyers are being turned away.
