WhiteKnights Estate Agency Arvostelua

I am very happy with the professional service provided by WhiteKnights team , They helped me through out the house sale process which was very successful. I would recommend their services to anyone.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider, as I hesitate to call them 'professional services'. They were anything but professional. They assured us they were on the case with our prospective buyers and, days before we were due to complete, they told us the buyer was still due to give their two-month notice. This collapsed the chains for both the other owner of the property and for myself. They failed to check the notice was served, they failed to inform us it wasn't, they caused us huge upheaval and extra cost and put our lives on hold while we remarket the property. I'm still quite stunned by the experience, it will take a while to process.

It was the sale of my father’s property. The initial appointment with the manager was good. The property had a buyer and chain fairly quickly, however during the sale process there was a definite lack of communication and customer service. My father passed away during the process and I obtained probate very quickly to prevent any delays. There was a hold up in the process which was not communicated to me. I tried to call the office but the agent that I’d spoken to previously was not interested in talking to me and I was passed onto a progression company, not Whiteknights. This is perhaps a new thing that’s been brought in but by this time we were 4 months into the process and the progression company being used sent correspondence as though the process had just started. I also got an email to my email address, addressing my deceased father of 3 months asking how the service was going! I have used Whiteknights a few times before but wouldn’t recommend them I’m now afraid. The initial person dealing with me was the manager, then I was passed to another agent then the progression company in Wales. It did feel as though I was dumped on them and I also found out the manager that had valued the property initially also had left.

Whiteknights marketed my property very effectively, they offered me good advice and they found good buyers very quickly. The price they charged me was very reasonable and I was very happy with the service I received. Previously, I bought a house they marketed and my experience was equally positive. Many thanks to James, Rob, Alison and Kim for their excellent support!

We had tried using an online estate agent which had been unsuccessful with changes of personnel, little knowledge of the area etc. We decided to try WhiteKnights and the experience could not have been more different. Rob Milne knew the area and properties; he kept us informed, he gave us good advice and he was respectful. He understood we were selling the 'family home' and did not want the property to go to a developer. The sale was achieved within 3 months.

This was our first property purchase in the UK, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with WhiteKnights. We really appreciated their proactive and straightforward approach, as well as their patience and friendly attitude throughout the whole process. Everything was handled smoothly and clearly, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and well-managed.
A huge thank you to the entire WhiteKnights team, especially Rob Milne— we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agency.

Rob Milne did a great job of selling our house in RG1 with an excellent price and seamless service with the buyer. Office back was also very good.

After a year of chain collapses and frustration with other agents, WhiteKnights were my third (and final!) attempt — and they completely turned things around. The team were proactive, communicative, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way and worked hard to get things moving quickly once my offer was accepted. I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism and calm efficiency — absolute stars!

We recently sold our house through Whiteknights in Woodley. We were impressed by Gary's initial engagement with us, realistic pricing advice, marketing strategy, livestream presentation of the property and handling of the viewings. The property sold quickly.

Gary, Rob and Alison ensured that we were always kept up to date and helped to keep things moving.

We would fully recommend Gary and the Whiteknights team. Thank you.

From the first phone call to see a property i was impressed. Everyone i emailed or spoke to was Just very friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic estate agents I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us sell our Aunties house in woodley and went above and beyond to help us . Rob and Gary always kept us up to date on everything from the beginning to the end. Gary did a fantastic video on YouTube. Worth a look to see how fantastic they would be on selling your home.

Gary was really knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in his understanding. Gary would have lots of comparable listings to justify his perspective and would give full and detailed answers to our adhoc questions. Also the Whiteknights team from answering calls, updating us and sending emails was very proficient and friendly. Thank you for your help.

I highly recommend Gary and his staff who have been very helpful with my move, a new experience for me. Gary was always available to answer my many questions, giving good, reassuring advice, resolving any problems and keeping me informed of the progress of both sale and purchase.

We came across multiple estate agencies while we were looking for a house and were really pleased with the service we received from Whiteknights. Gary, in particular, was a thorough professional. He was not only very knowledgeable but also quite honest. He gave us the right advice on all queries we had and helped us throughout. The property was also fairly valued at their end, unlike other estate agents who try to inflate the property price in order to fetch higher margins thereby adversely affecting the real estate market. I would definitely recommend engaging Whiteknights when you are looking to buy / sell your house.

Having to sell our family home after parents passed we decided to use Whiteknights after recommendations from friends, and we were not disappointed. We were kept up to date throughout the process by James and Rob. Who found us a buyer within a day of it going to market. I would recommend Whteknights 100%.

Gary was friendly and helpful. He gave me good advice and introduced me to Jill at ASAP who liased with the solicitors and family. Gary always answered my queries in a timely manner. Written on behalf of my mum. Mrs Tomlin

Back in the housing market after 17 years and was apprehensive about it all. Gary Waite guided us through it, helped re-negotiate the price after a negative survey finding and was all around brilliant. Really couldn't imagine anyone else doing a better job on my sale/purchase and he is a great guy too!

I bought my house through WhiteKnights in 2017 and was impressed so went back to them for my recent sale. Gary Waite was a pleasure to deal with and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. Having worked in the property world for nearly 20 years, I have dealt with a number of agents around the country and can safely say that it was the amongst the best experiences I have had, both buying and selling.

Gary Waite was absolutely fantastic on a transaction where i was acting for the seller. The matter was complex and required careful handling and sensitivity which Gary delivered allowing the matter to exchange and complete with minimal fuss. Thank you

Whiteknights Woodley were first class throughout the entire buying process. The manager, Gary Waite kept us informed all the way through. Thank you to the team at Whiteknights.
