WhiteKnights Estate Agency Arvostelua

The process was pretty smooth to be honest, from start to finish.

It was a pleasure to work with John Bennett who was incredibly supportive when I needed him to be with the process

Been doing business with Whiteknights now for a number of years always straight forward to do business with especially mr rob Milne

Gary Waite and John Bennett were always proactive where other parties sometimes weren’t. Happy to help, advise and most importantly progress the sale. Would thoroughly recommend !

Customer orientation is always a good start!!
Listens actively but advises with relevant experience!
Personable and acts with integrity to get the job done !!
A coordinated and determined team to get the job done for all involved.

In a difficult market, this hard working salesman from Lower Earley worked through multiple problems to get us to completion. Knowledgeable and responsive.

Rob support us from our first BTL two years ago. we bought the second one this year and rent it out through Whiteknights just before Christmas. Rob and his team are quite supportive from the searching stage to renting. We highly recommend Whiteknights.

Adam came up with an excellent marketing strategy to ensure the price I had in mind was achieved and all within a couple of weeks of going on sale. Highly recommend Whiteknights to anyone looking for a friendly and efficient sale.

Gary and John made our first time purchase a really good experience. They were professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process which really helped to move the chain on. If you are looking for a house in Woodley/Reading I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Quick response and fast solution. Thanks, Miss Lesley Cowcher for your support.

Kind regards.

The agent was very professional. The valuations were done on time. I would recommend him, if you interested in selling your house.

We’ve used Whiteknights a few times now.
We have dealt with Adam since our first purchase back in 2011 and will always recommend him and Whiteknights to any friends or relatives who wish to buy or sell.
Our most recent experience was honestly not the most straight forward but Adam and the rest of the team really pulled out all the stops.
With a tricky time and tight deadlines to meet, Adam and the team didn’t see it as a job but a duty to get us sold and moved to our next property.
I’m glad to have the working relationship with Adam over the years and I really feel that he and the team went above and beyond.
Please do not hesitate to give them a call when you choose to buy or sell.
Thank you again Adam.

My Mother-in-law decided to move following the death of her husband 2 years ago. My MIL had been in the house for 56 years so you can imagine how hard the decision was. Adam Lewendon and the team at Whiteknights were amazing. They guided us through all the steps of putting the house on the market and they were also respectful of the fact that this was also a very emotional time. My MIL is now in her new home, also on the market with Whiteknights and is loving it. A big THANK YOU from all of us.

Whiteknights, and John in particular, were friendly, efficient and more importantly honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Professional, helpful and organised. The team assisted us all throughout an extended purchase.

Excellent service from Adam who handled the sale to John Bennet who handled the Sales Progression. Would highly recommend. Kept us informed throughout the sale and John was pro-actve in progressing our sale.

I had the pleasure to rent a property managed by Whiteknights Woodley. It was a wonderful experience throughout. They were professional, responsive to email and calls. They arrange the maintenance if needed very quickly. Their conversation are friendly and supportive.

Recently bought a property through Whiteknights - they seemed to be only agents in the chain who were keeping me updated and trying to move things along. I was impressed with their support and the service that I received.

We have just completed the purchase of a property and I cannot fault this estate agency, Scott dealt with us from first viewing until last signature and not a single issue along the way, all was done and dusted in the time agreed.

!! Avoid them at any cost !!

They are the most unorganised, unprofessional and the rudest agency I have ever been with, they have left us without a shower for over 3 months, the lied about the property being professionally cleaned, all they care about is money!

Lesley and Rob their head of lettings are the people that we have been dealing with, Rob was lying through his teeth to get us into the property, these people don’t have any respect for their tenants!

And now since we left the property they are causing so many issues it’s actually an utter joke.

John was great and helped rescue a bad situation.

Warning:- DO NOT use the recommended solicitors (Merry and Co), Caused me to loose one purchase and nearly the final one. simplest of chains but the solicitors involved caused me to be homeless and my possessions stored on a driveway for 24 hours.
