Really can't recommend EO Estate Agents highly enough! After having our flat on the market with two other agents for almost a year, we decided to go for third time lucky and sign up with Emma and her colleagues, based on recommendations from our old neighbours who had also used their services. Emma made suggestions as to what we could do to make the property more saleable, and made herself available to give the keys to contractors as needed to get work done. On the first day of marketing, we had six viewings and two offers!
