Product didnt work at all. After emailing Customer service 4 times in one week, i had bad communication back and forth with 4 different agents. They do not back up their product and issued me $13.99 refund out of a $56 order. Would not recommend the product or customer service of this company at all. There was no resolution on my end they offered me $13.99 refund thats all. That to me is unacceptable.and nothing was resolved as they mention in their reply.

I just ordered the product and will wait and see how well it works. Im not a paid endorser.

Under a commercial point, it was a stressful situation. Tricky sale ethics, no- return as advertised, frustrating email saying one thing and then another… but customer service direct number that comes with the product does work and they will negotiate with you for your best interest.
Product seems to work, but it has been to early to for me to confirm its efficacy.

I've never dealt with a worst company in my life. I tried to order two bottles of the nail fungus medicine on april 14th i clicked the two bottles only and went to purchase them afterwards.I looked on my bank app and realized they charged me for 5 bottles so I called them immediately within three minutes of making the original purchase. After I dug to find an actual phone number. I explained the situation and they assured me that they would take care of it and I would only be charged for the 2 bottles I selected.They said it was some kind of promotional thing? So the mail shows up yesterday and I have 5 bottles and my bank statement still shows I was charged for 5 bottles. These bottles are very small,and the total was a over $160.00 so I called them back. I've never spoke to more rude people in my life. I tried to explain the situation which they really did not want to hear they are just trying to get you to settle for accepting a portion of the purchase, so you don't have to send them back and they can make more money on you.I explain to them.I do not want the other 3 bottles but they kept pushing trying to get me to accept 40%of my money back then 50% then 70% they were not listing to me at all. They were very rude and the lady hung up on me. So I called back, I got another lady. I explained everything to her. She was very rude as well.
She said, I will send you the address and I talked too much then hung up on me again for the second time different lady. Never explaining to me how she was gonna send it to me or the instructions or anything. So I called back a third time, got a different lady. Just as rude I explained to her. I was hung up on and the situation she said, you need to check your email and the reason they hung up on me Is I talk too much which tells me they're all working in a small little room together and are talking amongst each other. I cannot warn you enough.Do not deal with these people!These are some scummy scaming people. When I finally looked at the email, they want you to pay to ship it back to them. Of course which is bull because I called them right after the original purchase and explained to them, and they told me they would take care of it well before it had time to be sent to me. Honestly, it's on me. I should have did my homework first. I recently looked at their reviews, and I guess this is a common practice. They pool with people sending them more bottles than what they selected and charging them and hoping they don't call.And if they do trying to get them to accept a portion of their money! ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE Also the product is like water garbage.

Same experience as most people here. Ordered 2 bottles and somehow wound up paying for 5 plus shipping protection of $5.99. Immediately emailed to cancel 3 and of course it was already "with the courier" within 5 minutes. Shame on me for not doing my homework. And if payment was made through PayPal, be sure to go to your account and cancel recurring payments. They set themselves up for unwanted future shipments I assume.

Your website is difficult. I only needed 1 product each time - yet ended up with double my order.

I ordered this product through Amazon and shipping was prompt and the price was great!

I tried to cancel my order immediately to no avail only to later get a text that orders were usually processed w/i about an hour.

Was hung up on twice before a rep actually helped.

Be extremely careful with this company. My experience was a series of deceptive marketing tactics, hidden charges, and blatant lies from customer service.
• The "Sneaky" Upsell: I ordered two bottles, and was immediately redirected to a page offering three bottles for a "better price." It was framed to look like an upgrade; instead, they charged me for five bottles total AND “priority shipping” when I never agreed to it.
• Hidden Subscriptions: Check your PayPal/Bank statements! Under the name "Commerce Core," they signed me up for an unauthorized subscription without my consent. I only caught it because I checked my PayPal activity immediately and cancelled it.
• Dishonest Communication: When I tried to cancel the accidental order, support claimed that within just 15 minutes, it had already been packed and shipped. They only changed their tune after I filed formal claims with PayPal and my credit card company.
• The Contradiction: One representative (Victor) told me I couldn't get a refund until the items were delivered. Yet, exactly one minute later, another (Carol) emailed to say they had "intercepted" the order and issued a full refund.
They only gave me my $217.92 back because I involved my bank and PayPal and relentlessly emails and chats. This site relies on confusing layouts to overcharge you and then lies about shipping to prevent cancellations. Total scam—stay away!

I have also emailed my bank with screenshots of the messages from Victor and Carol so that the company cannot try to dispute the refund.

The advertisement is very convincing. However, this product does absolutely nothing. I tried it; as directions indicate; for about 3 weeks. Since there wasn't even a spec of improvement. Extremely disappointed. In my opinion, do not purchase this item. It's a waste of time and money.
