Very good information about the healing process of this product. I hope it works well for my husband.

Terrible upsell experience.

First, the price is much too high. Tiny bottle with a fluid that, in my case, doesn`t do anything.
Ordered 1 bottle and ended up with an unwanted shipping protection of $5.99. This should be a choice and not automatically added up.
The delivery time is up to 2 weeks.
If payment was made through PayPal, be sure to go to your account and cancel recurring payments. This is another thing which keeps me away.

Ordered on May 23 and still haven't received what I ordered as of June 25th! I've asked for a refund with no avail. I would rate less than one if it was available

It was fast to order and to finish the order.

Still haven’t got my order after 3 weeks. Also order was added to without my authorisation. When questioned via customer support it seems like computer generated reply’s which are useless

I was double over charged. Called the company number on the box and they quickly responded with a refund and made sure my order was still in place.

They were very willing for my return. Love the product but can't use due to health issues

I found the hard sell after choosing the product really difficult to handle; so instead of trying it out first, I was pushed into buying 3 bottles thinking I was buying two, plus the added plasters.

Relevant product information and smooth purchase process minus unnecessary "push sale" attempts ahead of the payment step.

The Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!! They answered within minutes of the initial email. The duplicate order was cancelled and refund initiated within an hour. They responded with a couple of follow-up emails to make sure I was satisfied. This is how customer service should be run. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!

Staff were prompt and fair to cancel an order I didn’t want .. I will try to order again just the product I wanted.

I received answer to my question in a timely manner and am now in the process of completing a return.

Sat, May 9 at 10:00 PM I made 1 order. Then I checked my bank account & saw I was charged for 2 orders Sat, May 9 at 10:30 PM I called support & canceled both orders Sat, May 9 at 10:47 PM I got email that said order was shipped and can not be canceled Monday 11 I will have my bank stop both payments as Fraud
