Orivelle Fungus Pen Arvostelua 26

I've had the worst customer experience of my life. Orivelle sells a product that doesn't work, charging $45 for two pens to remove fungus that don't work. They refuse to refund my money and took $90 without my authorization while I was seriously ill in the hospital recovering from spinal surgery.

I reported the situation to PayPal, but they chose to protect these criminals at Orivelle. I reported this situation to the company first, believing they had professional ethics, but they just transferred me to a different representative more than 14 times.

I'm writing this review so that no one else falls for their fraudulent practices. I'll also describe the details below. 1. Unauthorized Charges: The company charged $45.45 USD without my consent. It's worth noting that an initial payment for the same amount had already been rejected and returned to my bank account; however, they processed the charge again while I was hospitalized after spinal surgery, a situation that prevented me from taking immediate action.

2. Hidden subscriptions: I did not authorize any subscription nor was I aware that a recurring purchase was being processed. This company's practices constitute a "negative option trap" through hidden subscriptions.

3. Deceptive advertising: The delivered product does not fulfill the health functions promised in its advertising, which assured results within 15 days.

This company is totally fraudulent and should not be allowed to trade. I also had items added that I did not want, tried to cancel but was told to accept the order and then return for a refund. Not everything they charged for was sent so I returned what they had sent telling them that they had not sent all I’d been charged for. Returned by Royal Mail tracking to an address in Braintree and Royal Mail have confirmed the parcel was delivered. They now say they haven’t received it. LIARS, I am contacting my Credit Card Provider as I am owed over £100. These companies should not be allowed to advertise online.

Be very wary about ordering from this company. I bought one pen, and after using for a couple of weeks (without much effect) I got an email offering me a discount on a repeat order. I glanced at this email then closed it. Within minutes, I got a message thanking me for my new order of six more pens! Checked my bank account and they'd already taken the money from me. I emailed immediately to cancel the order and they said it was too late, as the order had already been despatched.

In short, absolute scam! I contacted my bank and reported Orivelle for fraudulent transactions.

It was only after placing my order that I read that THE PHOTOS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOT GENUINE and do not relate to the product. I tried to cancel the order IMMEDIATELY but was informed that this wasn't possible as it was it had already been dispatched!
I decided to give it a go and applied a complete tube over several months applying it twice a day as instructed but after 6 weeks my nail had not improved at all and was actually worse. DO NOT BUY THIS. A WASTE OF MONEY.

Warum muss man seine Kunden bei der Bestellung betrügen um mehr Umsatz zu machen? Wenn das Produkt gut wäre hätte der Hersteller das sicher nicht nötig!
Achtung, wenn man 3 Sticks bestellt, kommen da plötzlich bein Bezahlvorgang noch mal 6 (3+3 für 49€) dazu.
Fazit für mich: Finger weg von dem Betrügerpack!!!

Allein der Bestellvorgang ist darauf aus, den Besteller zu übertölpeln - man bestellt einen Pen, berechnet und geliefert werden 6 !
Auf Widerspruch bekommt man freundliche Vorschläge. Soll man denen glauben? Ich nicht, einmal verarscht genügt.

Made my nails worse I should have stuck to the product I was using before I bought 3 pens used all 3 and lo and behold my nails got 10 times worse.I emailed them about the “money back guarantee”
and was told it’s only for 30 days absolute scam artists wish I’d have checked the reviews here 1st.

Big scam does not work got double charged for two orders. You can't reverse it. They don't answer you

This company is fraudulent, and their product is of poor quality. Additionally, when you purchase two pens for $19.99, they will automatically add extra items without your consent. Do not trust this company or their deceptive product.

Unfortunately I can see no improvement having used this pen for 5 weeks. Of course the 30 day money back isn’t really worth anything because nails take much longer to grow

Mistakenly pressed 'buy' button when trying to go back having decided not to purchase. Immediately e-mailed company to cancel order and request refund. They would not accept cancellation even though it was immediate and order was delivered some days later - three fungus pens (one was supposed to be free) at a cost of over £35, I then discovered that exactly the same pens were being offered on Ebay -from China - at less than half the price. Caveat emptor I guess but you have been warned!

Product arrived but not effective , it’s well marketed but no improvement after six weeks use

Can confirm. They are scammers. As i can confirm. The product does not work and they fraudulently invoice you for more claiming you signed up for a subscription.
It is merely a recipe of water and oils placed together in a dispenser pen that is put together in China. Absolutely well marketed product that uses fancy Ai type shots to convince you it works. Absolutely no proof at all.

AVOID at any cost.They are scammers, the worst kind.

You order $15 products and when paying it becomes $47.

Secondly,be aware that you have signed an Subscription/Recurring billing – without your knowledge unless you read endless page of terms and conditions.

Also ,you can forget about getting refund in case you want to cancel your order they use a lot of tactics not to refund you

Save your yourself a lot of hustle don’t order just..DON’T

I intended to order just 3 nail care pens for £35.97. After giving my credit card details, their order confirmation stated that I had ordered 9 such pens and they charged my credit card £77.91. I sent an email to complain, but they said that my order had already been processed (after only 5 hours on a Sunday!) and advised me to return the excess items after they had been delivered. I wish that I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered from them !!

Do not use this company. You order 1 item and find more added to your account. Despite immediate cancellation the parcel arrives and it appears to be impossible to make a return. You end up paying pounds for items you don’t want.

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben aber in echt minus Sterne . Firma setzt einfach zur Bestellung Produkte dazu berechnet diese erst nach abschluß , da ist aber auch schon das Geld vom Konto . Jetzt zum Produkt : absoluter Müll hilft null Komma null . Von vorne bis hinten Müll . Finger weg

Avoid this company. As others have said they add extras at checkout & take payment before you notice the addition. I immediately reported this, was told they would remove the additional items & refund me. Then another email to say it was too late to refund as it was processed.
Avoid

FB advertisement which charges your credit card immediately and often (as a subscription) before any confirmation is provided. I cancelled the order within 10mins but was then told I could only receive a partial refund as the goods have been posted. My recommendation is to stay away from this product and find an alternative in your own chemist or through your own medical team.
