Such irreplaceable in person meetings provide❤️

The workshop topics are good. My leader Susan Grabau is engaging, inormative, knowledgeable.

My frustration is with the app. I find it difficult to find things.

Coach Monica P is excellent, motivated and engaged. I enjoy the meetings as I set aside time to learn the program in ways that I either forgotten or didn’t understand.

I extremely enjoy my In-Person Workshop and the Zoom Workshops, together they keep me accountable and if I find a day I am struggling I can find a Zoom to get over the hump before the slip becomes a slide. Each week the topics are inspiring, the best topics are where you have to dig down within yourself to find an answer. The App is Exciting and full of inspiration, food and exercise wise. All in All WW is the Best Weight Lost Program Out There. The members in the Zooms are also full of inspiration with their only person tips from their weight loss experiences. We are not alone on this journey.

Coaches make the big difference with motivation

WW provides a roadmap and support for the lifelong journey to improved health. Its basis in current science and its flexibility to adjust to changes in scientific knowledge is wonderful.
Virtual meetings have given me a large and supportive community. The leaders are well informed and each has his/her own way to engage people from all over.
The company has made it more difficult to reach a human rep since introducing ai chats. WW doesn’t communicate changes to the program very well and sudden changes to the app or the actual program create chaos and stress for members. Eg. roll out to the MODES. I would like announcements from the company about new features or changes etc to be posted on CONNECT or as an email. I apppreciate that when members share program or tech concerns through surveys or phone calls WW often listens and adjusts.

The workshops make Weight Watchers a wonderful experience for me. Not only the coach with helpful weekly topics but the group sharing experiences, both positive and challenging. Members learn so many helpful hints from each other.

After loosing over 100lbs 9 years ago with WW I thought I could now maintain on my own. WRONG! Every week I look forward to my WW in person meeting with incredible coaches Anne and Rosemary, to learn new information that helps me stay on track and keep me motivated. It truly is like family where we share and care in a safe environment. This weeks workshop did not disappoint!

I prefer the in person meetings. So much support from WW staff and everyone attending.
Lots of great sharing and you always feel like you are not alone in this journey you are on.
Plus you make some great new friends along the way

The in person workshops I attend weekly and the virtual workshops I attend everyday! Amazing support from coaches and other members! Ww you forever evolving as members grow holistically! I love the ww journey!

I realize that the company is in financial straights, but that being said it has gotten rid of an awful lot of REALLY Good coaches, and have filled some of those positions with really bad coaches.
I certainly miss the paper copy of recipes and coaching info. I know another expense that needed to be cut. Just a bit too much internet, that reduces the personal touch! Miss the in-person workshops for a lot of communities.

I love my WW journey. The coaches , everyone of them are the best. I don’t know where WW found such knowledgeable, caring, giving coaches.
I love the app, I love the extra workshops and the special webinars. Keep it up WW YOU’VE NAILED IT

Don’t feel the virtual courses relate to seniors. Too many GLP1 VIRTUALS AND I’ve read GLP1 is something you take forever.

I love in person workshops. The support, guidance, and education/ information given is invaluable!!
The App is for the most part amazing, informative and easy to use. I love the macro section where I can see where I'm doing well, or need to improve! I definitely makes one conscious of eating habits. Our coach Susan Meriano makes eveyone feel welcome and safe to share their sometimes vulnerable journey. She is the BEST coach I've ever had! I've joined WW MANY times over 35 years and this time I've been the most successful I've ever been. I credit a large amount of this success to Susan!

I really believe the WW program guidelines are great and I am proof that they work. What is lacking is the software to back it up can be confusing. The roll out of changes are quite "hit or miss" as to who gets them when they occur. The second biggest complaint is the total disregard for seniors or people less comfortable or can't afford Apple I-phones. you should re-institute the PC or desktop applications. This would help anyone with poor eyesight or ease of keyboarding.

I have been a Weight Watcher since 2001, made lifetime and left because I thought I could do it on my own. Sadly to say I couldn’t do it on my own came back after going through menopause. Made lifetime again, kept weight off for almost 9 years. Had 2 surgeries and my weight is coming back after 2 years and I feel supported and I know if I leave I cannot keep the weight down. I need the support, community, and listen how other people inspire others. Thank you WW❤️
