HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT HURT MY BUSINESS
My experience with Moneypenny was an absolute disaster. Their representatives frequently struggled to communicate clearly in English, could not pronounce my company’s name correctly, and most seriously, gave false information to prospective clients. For an answering service responsible for making a company’s first impression, this is completely unacceptable.
Their recorded calls provide proof of exactly how poorly my business was represented. I gave Moneypenny multiple opportunities to correct these problems, but nothing improved. When I finally canceled, they charged me for an additional month instead of taking responsibility or crediting me for the unacceptable service.
Moneypenny did not support my business. In fact they potentially cost me clients. I would never trust them with my calls again.

Thalia was pleasant, friendly, professional and thorough. She was able to verify who I was, assist me with logging on, add our companies 2 accounts to one file so that I don't have to have separate logins for the 2 accounts and verify that I was able to see both accounts. She helped me correct information in our file. She did an excellent job!

The onboarding team is very thorough and they understand their process and systems very well. They have the ability to listen to your needs and tailor their service to your business needs. AWFUL. We never get our messages. We are a Washington DC law firm. Once Moneypenny took over for VOICENATION we never got our messages. This is the WORST experience imaginable.

MoneyPenny works with Scam/Fraud Companies
The company Travel Leisure Company / USA Rental Co uses their product for answering service. However, TLC & USA Rental Company are the same and completely scam/fraud company. Whenever I call the answering service, they transfer me to TLC and then my number gets blocked and I have to download over 10 apps to try to get this resolved. This has been going on for over a month now and NO RESOLUTION. I have been working with MoneyPenny to advise them I need a warm transfer or some way to directly talk to this Business. Now when I call, they put me on hold for 20 mins to tell me that someone will call me back and NO ONE calls me back. TLC is using MoneyPenny to answer their calls but I can't get in contact with TLC and MoneyPenny is dealing with SCAM and Fraud Companies. I am trying to get them to investigate in this matter but nothing. Right now MoneyPenny is dealing with companies that commit fraud and scams. The rep on the phone told me that if they pay us then we don't care what they do. They are up to date in payments then they are good. WOW
