I always appreciate my Tuesday morning in person meeting. Debbie &Kelly are always a delight and they bring a realness to this lifestyle.

I am truly enjoying the program. The app is very convenient and gives me lots of recipes and activity ideas. Our coach Lori Janes is excellent and makes our meetings fun and enjoyable, and very informative.

The coaching at my meetings is second to none and the support from other members is exceptional.

I also find the app helpful. And, I’m slowly but surely learning how to negotiate my way around it.

While the program is good, it is the people involved who make the biggest difference for me.

The I person workshops are what works for for me. It adds a much needed human touch in the world we live in with all online activity. The staff are family and are always supportive and very helpful with all my questions

Weight Watchers is an amazing program. It truly saved my life. I love the points program, updated app with various modes and the macros. No food is off limits. I really enjoy the virtual workshops (no in-person near me) and Connect. It teaches members the psychology behind weight loss. I’ve learned so many healthy habits that are a part of my daily life💕

The virtual meetings that I have attended since covid introduced us to this method has been amazing 😍. The coaches and the community is like we have become a family. The new program, macarons Glp has helped me !!!! I have been a member for many years. Keep up the great work !!!

Everything about Weight Watchers has radically changed my life. I have gone from a size 14 an extra large to a size 6 or eight and have become much more conscientious about maintaining fitness and strength. The app provides guidance to nutrients and the virtual meetings provide community and helpful tips throughout the day. I plan on staying with Weight Watchers as it helps structure my health and not just my weight.

Topics are relatable.

The app is terrific in assisting me to achieve my goals by providing more detailed information - especially about macros. However, the face to face meetings with our facilitator are the most useful. We are a community, with our own vibe. We support each other. I try never to miss our meetings.

The virtual workshops, specifically Black Womens workshops, and Ricardo’s walk and talks have been encouraging and supportive

Easily accessible motivational meetings, a great APP and zero point foods that make healthy eating easy.

I enjoy the community of in person and virtual workshops. I do miss the points being visible when I track a food.

Good group discussion on Saturday mornings. I look forward to the interaction for encouragement in my weight loss journey.

My Friday moringing meetings are fantastic and are my number one reason for maintaining my weight for 11 years. The app makes tracking so easy and the recipes are easy and tasty. My only complaint regarding the app is the seemingly unexplained loss of my tracking streak. I should have many hundreds of days but have only 35 days.
