The in person meetings are very inspiring. Coach Susan Grabau and her team in Winnipeg are on topic and knowledgeable. To date I have lost 65 lbs and have kept it off for several years now.

The coaches are awesome. I appreciate that Weight Watchers keeps up to date with the changing science.

Focus seems to be more on external measures rather than health and internal measures eg., measuring protein/fats etc. vs. feelings of satiation, bloat, etc. Also, need to have simpler apps for the older demographic; even a choice for the member to have an app like the old tracking books - too much swiping and finding the basics with the 'present' app. And that's another concern, the app seems to be constantly changing! Lastly, more on managing Maintenance [of weight loss]. Members crave that, pardon the pun. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

The app is easy to use which makes staying accountable and keeping an eye on what I am doing. Love the ability to see macros.
This is encouraging me to honestly track. My In person workshops with Lori and our regular Friday morning group provide support and encouragement every week.

With the guidance and support of staff and fellow members I've managed to lose a considerable amount of weight, without drugs or exercise and 4 clothing sizes. Unfortunately, I'm not following the plan as rigid as I should so my weight is fluctuating. I know what i need to do, just need to get my head in the right place. It's a great program and works!!

Very approachable staff, program allows all kinds of food so doesn’t feel terribly restrictive. I like the idea of leaning how to learn a new approach or thoughts to changing old food habits to new ones.

This company has come so far in such a short period of time! I am so impressed with the program and the webinars, the coaches both online and in person are absolutely incredible!

the in person workshops with Debbie S are great. My only comment would be that we need another person to weight members, there is only one and at the Sherwood Park location for Friday AM there is around 60 people attending. It’s hard for them to get everyone through before the meeting starts.

The staff is the greatest. They are encouraging, helpful, and always pleasant. They greet you when you enter, try to make you feel comfortable immediately. Thank you for a great weight loss journey.

The WW program is for real people living a real life. It is about lifestyle. I love the virtual workshops and I used to attend weekly in person workshops.
I live in N.E. Calgary which for over 40 years was a flagship location. It did not reopen after Covid and you have lost a lot of members and new members because of it. Now it takes me 2 hours return to attend an in person 30 minute workshop. So I only go once a month to weigh in (I am lifetime).
I am disappointed that WW has decided to recommend the GLP1’s. These are drugs that a person has to be on for their lifetime. If they go off - it is just like a yo-yo diet - they gain the weight back and more.

I have been a lifetime member for eight years. Weighing in a monthly keeps me on track. The key to achieving this goal was consistently logging what I ate.

I lost 52 pounds 7 years ago and I’m still at the same weight. The program is fabulous. Kudos to you for making me a different person.

For one the accountability at meetings for me. Our leader Debbie is the best. She gets us engaged and pumps us up for another week. Plus I enjoy the social aspect of attending weekly meetings in person. Thank you Weight Watchers!
