We Fix Any Watch Arvostelua 

Avoid !. Sent my 500m dive watch to them as it had sat for a while and stopped moving. Although not substantially valuable, it's valuable enough and has more sentimental value .

Was told by we fix any watch the movement was faulty, so cost £100 to fix, received back and worked fine, not long after I started wearing it again and it's letting in really bad condensation, the hands are rusting , and the bevel that is meant to turn to keep note on oxygen has been stuck down after repair, so I'm guessing they have broke it and glued it in place, the 500 m diver watch now can't even go out in the rain without the entire inside building up with condensation, so I doubt it was ever pressure tested after repair .I have tried time and time again to get them on phone, I have left messages , numerous emails , my last email was a formal warning if I had no reply I would be going down legal avenue , and still no reply . Do not put your watch the this company if it has any money value or sentimental value . I

They have had my Seiko watch for more than 6 months. Impossible to get response from this company. Very little financial value to the watch but great sentimental value so very disappointed I dealt with this company

I sent my Brietling Aerospace watch for investigation as it had stopped working. Following confirmation of receipt from Zane I subsequently had to wait several weeks to get a diagnosis and quote for repair despite my contacting the company many times via their website, email and several phone calls. Once a quote was eventually received I agreed to the repair for £145.
I have to say the response from the company is very poor and progress updates were few & far between despite my communicating with Zane on a regular, almost weekly basis. Eventually the watch was returned but is not fixed as it loses time over a day rendering it unreliable. I have sent three emails, phoned unsuccessfully with no answer and am now quite concerned that despite the repair being covered under the WeFixAnyWatch warranty It seems almost impossible to get any response from the company. I will be taking action to get a refund from them if I cannot get them to correct this defective work they have made. I am unable to recommend this company based upon my current experience of their services. Very Unhappy!

My Swiss Chronograph has been inspected after return from two attempts by this company to clean, maintain and repair. It was not working and a report froma an independent watchmaker shows that it has not been cleaned, has had some parts wrongly fitted and some wrong parts fitted. The company refuses to reply to emails. In my experience this company is thoroughly incompetent and does not behave in an honourable menner. Please AVOID!!

How to help maybe close down.

I went to an official Tag Hueur shop to get my Tag chronograph fixed, and they said it would be a minimum £250 before parts etc. I contacted We Fix Any Watch online. They sent me a prepaid postage label which was helpful, and I sent the watch away. A few days later they contacted me to say there was some water damage which had prevented one of the buttons from working and subsequently had prevented anyone from setting the time properly. To repair it and return the watch it cost £65.00. OMG I couldn’t believe it, so I had it done, the watch was returned and it restored my faith in the watch repair world. A really great service at a remarkable price. What is not to like? Amazing!

I very recently sent 2 watches one was a Battery change however was unable to get the back cover off and same when I went to the shoe repair guys, battery was changed and watch polished to remove my attempts to remove the back cover plate. 2nd watch needed a new mechanism and was replaced and now in full working order, delighted by the continued comunications and customer service.

Sent my seiko kinetic watch for repair as the winder had broken and had fallen out & was lost. Transpired it needed a new crown & case tube as the original was rusted. Done within a week at a fair price of £75

I enquired requiring a new crown and stem for a tag heuer, received a quote quickly and a good price, no need for a service as others stated was a requirement. Sending the watch off was simple, watch was repaired quickly and back within a few weeks. No changes to original quote and watch returned in a nice pouch which I can use to keep it in when not using.

Great service excellent pricing, very clear and quick work. Impressed and would recommend and use again if required.

Received my watch today having being completely refurbished . Have to say that you have gone above and beyond to get this watch working again.

Repair and cost was as indicated and watch returned operating properly.
I did need to make contact to find out what was happening on a number of occasions otherwise the rating would have been 5 star!

I sent my Rotary watch for repair as the crown and stem had become detached. The process for sending the watch and getting a price for the repair was simple and straightforward but I did find it difficult to get replies to phone calls or e mails regarding progress of repair. Watch was repaired and returned in padded bag .I did find it a little strange that you have to leave a review to activate warranty . I did ask if they had a secure payment link but got no reply .

Wefixanywatch repaired my watch a few months ago and I was very pleased with the service. However, a couple of weeks ago, I found that the crown had broken off and I couldn't alter the date/time as a result. I wasn't sure if this would be covered by the warranty, but I was asked to return the watch so that they could order a new crown. Today, I received the watch back with NO CHARGE! So, yet again, I'm delighted with the service.

A smashed glass on a mechanical watch with a skeleton (exposed) mechanism is a major problem - glass fragments can enter the mechanism and jam it beyond economic repair.
We Fix Any Watch sorted this out for me in less than a week from initial enquiry - excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

Excellent service to replace my watch battery. Easy to organise at a reasonable price and speedy turn around.

Pleased with the way my watch repair was handled. A thorough job was done and a new battery was fitted. I have used WFAW before and the service I have received has always been excellent.

Very good service and kept up to date with progress.Cant fault them on the work on my Seiko Kinetic watch.

I am not a moaner nor a skinflint but for the service that I had & the cost I am a little disappointed.I appreciate that it is a business in difficult times but to charge £40 to fix a hand back on is a little steep.The original cost for a battery change I accept.In addition to this I feel that the watch could have been returned having had a little clean up. I worked in a workshop for 14yrs after 25yrs military service and was taught that presentation was manners.No matter what repair was carried out the work was always returned clean & tidy.

Good communication - quick answers to any question which made me feel confident to send off my watch
