A shop run by crooks and swindlers. They refuse to ship paid-for goods, refund the money, or provide even the slightest bit of feedback. They have neither conscience nor honor.

Loved my kilt. Was custom sized and fit nearly perfect (could be my own measurement was a little off). My issue is they forgot to send my flashes. I asked about it and they said they would send them, they never did and quit responding to my emails. They did mention how expensive it would be to send them and asked if theyre was anything else I wanted to purchase and they would bundle it all together. I told them no, I had bought everything I needed. After not getting a responose on if they had sent them, I offered them the option to just refund my money. I hope $25USD was worth the 2 star review, otherwise they would have gotten a 4 or 5

Very disappointing experience. Two of the three kilts I ordered had issues: one was clearly too small, while another had serious stitching defects. I contacted Champion Kilts immediately and have been trying to resolve the issue by email for several months. The company agreed to send a replacement, but never shipped it despite repeated follow-ups and a final deadline.
The communication has mainly consisted of repeated delays and promises without any actual resolution. I cannot recommend this company.

I'm still waiting for a response sense they are available 24/7. It's literally been a month with multiple emails and messages sent. I would love to here from them asap.

Ordered a kilt on 22nd June,still haven't received that.I asked on multiple ocassions about a shipping..once I was promised a 5 days,after they gone I asked again,this time it was to be sent same day.Still nothing,no response,phone calls not answered,liars.

Ordered a kilt because of price point, paid extra for brass buckles & brown straps. Kilt arrived with black straps. I can live w/ that, they are supposed to refund for the difference. Also was charged $22 import tax (to USA address) I had assumed the shipping fee covered the shipping / tax etc.. Buyer beware of possible extra fee. No communication until I requested updates, then good communication. Delivery 5 weeks from order ( as expected ) Kilt is nice for the price point, a good quality drinking, hiking, golfing kilt, fine for formal as well.

The company had everything I wanted but can't make areal judgment because I have not reseved my order yet. I now have my order and it looks great.

Unfortunately, the delivery time was a bit long at 8 weeks, but the quality of the Klit is very good. I will order another kilt in a different color combination. The price is really good for this quality. Thank you and many greetings from Germany

Lieferung dauert zwar etwas länger aber das wird durch die Ware wett gemacht.

This business owner takes no ownership of checking patents and copy rights... They for whatever reason do not accept they cannot reproduce someone else's copyright. Clear violations of law.... but here we are... buyer beware that YOU and THIS business are BOTH liable for infringing on the rights of another.

Update. The owner posted the below. They still do not understand they cannot recreate something that has a patent or copyright associated with it. How they havent been sued for infringement idk.. however their inability to understand the law does not relieve them of their duty to understand the law in recreating a copyright pattern. So again buyers beware that YOU and the BUSINESS recreating a copyright pattern are breaking the law.... its not difficult to understand.... please follow the law....

The product, my kilt, is absolutely beautiful. However had I realized the weight of the kilt I really should have ordered it considerably longer.
Also I had ordered medium socks and they sent me large.

I only chose Champion Kilts because I couldn’t find anyone else to create the Welsh Williams family tartan. The kilt itself is fine. Not amazing, it’s sewn a bit clunky around the waist, but it’s fine. I ordered a necktie and a bowtie in the same tartan. Both are completely unwearable. It in honestly as though whoever created those ties have never even seen a necktie or bowtie before. I ordered a welsh dragon kilt pin. They sent me a lion. Oh, and when I emailed to ask why it was taking so long to ship, they never replied. I will not be ordering from them again. You shouldn’t either.

All these things, including the pattern itself is protected by copyright which is held worldwide. The purported sale of this tartan is a scam.

Champion Kilts ‘Witches of a Scotland’ tartan is a complete fake. Buyer beware. The ‘Witches of Scotland’ authentic tartan can ONLY be purchased through the Witches of Scotland website or their weaver, Prickly Thistle, exclusively in Scotland. Again, what is sold here is 100% a fake. The founders of ‘Witches of Scotland’ crafted this tartan with intention and specificity and dupes have threatened and bullied them. Buyer beware of not only fake items for this tartan but also dupes by bullies.

SCAM I have not received my items and it's been nearly 6 weeks. No one responds to emails and the phone number is not in service. This company seems like a scam. WIll file dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Commande faite en aout avec option livraison en 7-10 jours et rien au bout de 3 mois et ne reponds plus au mail.

Update: j'ai reçu la commande le 3 janvier 2026. Elle est conforme. Je change cette avis mais il faut travailler sur la communication et les délais !!

Horrible. I ordered a kilt on August 24th for a wedding in late September. I paid for expedited service. A week before the event I asked to cancel the order as it will not get here in time. I got a response about bad weather. I sent another email saying cancel and received another email saying we make our kilts by hand. I sent another email demanding they cancel in late September. Today, October,11,2025 I receive a notice of shipping. They have horrible customer service and completely ignore requests. Champion Kilts please do not try to respond to my review with some excuse. I will paste in our entire email chain showing your complete ignorance of my multiple requests. I ordered in the past and had a good experience, however, not this time at all.

I placed an order on 15 July and have yet to receive it. When I check the status of my order, the site tells me it is still being processed.
