WeFibre Arvostelua 

We are very happy with our new WeFibre broadband connection, it took longer than expected to be connected to the network but now that it's up and running it's great.
Not currently hitting the 1Gbps connection promised but certainly getting over 500Mbps consistently up and down.
We were told it will take a bit of time for the connection to settle and speed up.
Will wait to see as it's been live for just over a week.
Overall communication has been great with WeFibre.

So pleased with the service and help I have received from the customer service department.

Yesterday we suffered the latest in a string of extended, complete outages in the service. Internet access was down for over 15 hours this time. We have had to ensure that we have alternative means to connect to the internet and through this we have been able to report outages and receive communications from WeFibre who have been very apologetic and attempted to provide updates and explain the situation but there has so far been no offer of any kind of compensation for loss of service. They have put the price up instead 😂

The service has been generally reliable but as well as the occasional complete outages the system seems to get overloaded at busy times such as weekends and bank holidays when the connection is very flaky making even simple web browsing email retrieval painfully slow and streaming TV programmes virtually impossible.

I was very impressed with the installation done by WeFibre and I've been very happy with the service, for more than a year, until yesterday.
I awoke to find the service was down, and to be fair to WeFibre they responded to my email very quickly - so I knew the fault was with the service rather than my router. However, the service was then down for more than 12 hours. And while I received many messages apologising for the problem, I didn't actually receive a message telling me the service was back up and working. Such a message would have been very helpful.
Overall I'd still rate WeFibre as a good provider, but I'd also hope for no more 12 hour outages.

Install went well and located in my room where we wanted it. Speeds very good and stable

They conned me. I was told when I joined them the price would never go up and it now has. They are a fraudulent company, far worse than BT and they are extremely questionable!!! Response to Wefibre's reply to me.... I have ALL emails since joining Wefibre including the one stating prices for early birds in my postal area would NEVER go up even OUT OF CONTRACT!!! All I got from Wefibre when trying to discuss this with them, was them saying someone else was to blame when the promise was made to me, they just refused to budge and reneged on there original promise!!! We Fibre don't try to make me the villain when you do not stick to your terms and drew me in under false pretenses! It's not about the price it's the principle!!! Fed up of the back and fore with you and you not admitting to your wrong doing!!!

Good customer call centre. Quick activation.

Had difficulties with change over of our home phone line and number. The assistant assigned to help went to a great deal of trouble to help me sort out the problems we were having. All in all I have found their help line very good and easy to use.

On time, friendly, efficient, needs left.

I cannot believe how good my internet is now, especially where I live which is in the middle of nowhere, it's like a miracle.
I found the on site staff informative and very polite and efficient, the behind the scenes staff, Emma, polite and very helpful.
I wish this budding company all the best for the future. I have read past reviews about people not understanding the contract but I do and they are still the best and cheapest in the UK as far as I can see.

Excellent service at every stage of the installation.

insallation went smoothly , but I am not sure about it yet as it isnt that good in the other end of my bungalow

Really happy with the service received and my installer Kev was brilliant on the day. Quick, efficient and made sure all was fine with the service before leaving.

Kev was very good, he was extremely helpful and kept everything clean and tidy, I would highly recommend.
