Disappointed by the new yearly pricing model
Support has been pretty good when I needed it and the calendar plugin is also one of the better ones however I'm disappointed by the new yearly pricing model which has made me think twice about adding extra sites or expanding the functionality of my existing events pages. You now have to pay more each year than what I originally paid for a perpetual license and the functionality hasn't really improved that much as far as I can see.

Great product, just wish there had been a little less back and forth with support, but overall great experience
I love this product. Their support team was responsive, but there was a little bit of runaround without the clearest, detailed instructions the first time. Even with having to request more detailed instructions, the issue was still resolved, so I still got my request figured out. Just it could've been simpler with less back and forth the first time.

Design, layouts and very good support
I use M.E Calendar on 3 WordPress websites since a few years. I really love the design as it seems to be the best one available for calendars on WordPress. It also allows a lot of layouts. And whenever I have a small issue, the team is willing to help (and I have the lite / free version). So overall, a very good experience 🙂

Not received assistance and Still paying!! Doesn't work the update on wordpress
So basically I paid for one year the version in order to use a specific calendar look. Then after 1 month, I stopped working and I asked for support. I couldn't upgrade to the new version available. I asked for help, since looks like there was a problem. They told me to download the new version from the website. I followed all the steps but still no help since I couldn't. Since MAY 2023 I am sending emails to understand why I am paying for something I can not use. I want a refund, a message and help. Hope this help you understand that maybe the support is just bad.

I have used many calendars over the years but Modern Events Calendar Pro is by far the best. it does what it says and support is first rate.
