We have been extremely happy with our decision to make Waterman Business Centre at Carribean Business Park our new home. The staff are all extremely helpful, very friendly and great at creating a positive atmosphere. Joel has been fantastic at making sure we have everything we need and also making introductions to other businesses within the centre. Looking forward to further growing our business with confidence we are being supported along the way by Waterman.

Great welcome and induction as a new member. Easy access to a choice of working spaces. Excellent facilities and easy parking.

I love waterman! Make a basketball court at Chadstone or somewhere closer to the city

I have used the Waterman co-working spaces consistently over the past three years and have always loved the community aspect. The other business owners I've met have been really valuable connections and are always welcoming to a conversation. I work all over the city/country and so accessing three different locations has been really convenient and effortless.

Waterman Business Centre is one of a kind. Working for myself for the last 28 years I was never able to see what a business centre could do. Now being involved with the Waterman Business Centre it is a great place to be, the feel of the whole centre is fantastic. The staff, facilities and interaction with other colleagues in the centre gives a great networking environment.

The environment here is great and is always productive. There is a mixture of calming music playing to help you relax and the hums of business phone calls to help you feel productive.

There is no option to pause your membership if you tend to be in and out of the country every couple of months for an extended period of time. If you can't return your pass before you stop membership, you will incur a fee of $110 even if you 100% will come back and rejoin after. This option should be looked into as freelancers do travel in and out of the country a lot. When asked if this can be looked into: I was given a response of "You can either return your pass by post otherwise you will be incurring a $100 +GST lost card fee. Please let me know which one you would prefer"

The Waterman Business Centre in Chadstone is a great facility with great staff. I need a place to work away from home and it fits the bill.

The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the lack of a membership category between the $30 pm and $350 pm. I would like to use the centre on weekends for work or study but have no need for the credits for work stations and meeting rooms that come with the $350 membership. A more reasonable price for simply adding extended hours without any credits would be a welcome addition.

Waterman Business Centre Caribbean Park is an amazing space to work out of - love the chilled vibe blended with social and business networking interaction opportunities. Opps to relax and wind down in the inside and outside spaces are so conducive to building both my business performance personal well-being and - highly recommend Waterman!!

Watermans is a friendly, supportive and encouraging place to run my business from. They sincerely want your business to thrive and back this up with not just words, but resources, as well as professional learning events and opportunities.

Pretty happy overall... except for the loud music that is played in common areas which makes it hard to concentrate or hear your own music without noise cancelling headphones.

( Why would we allow someone to come into our $8 million dollar business centres for $30 a month, use all our meeting rooms and then find that they aren’t going to transfer the money? )

Waterman Chadstone is an impressive, modern and well serviced business centre.

Great flexible working venues to meet clients, access to meeting rooms and network with diverse businesses and the communities

Overall very happy, just a slight delay an issue with service requests. Some have been completed when nothing done and timeframe for turnarounds lacking.

Absolutely love the entire vibe of the team at Waterman. The community Waterman have created is such a welcoming and productive collaborative environment.
