Easy, great space, well priced

Things I like: 24/7 access, Joel is great, the general atmosphere on level 2, the kitchens.
Things I don't quite like: I have all sorts of trouble with the Wi-Fi, so I mostly tether. The lack of carparking, being required to pay per hour for parking drastically undermines the appeal of the place. The lack of hotdesks. The lack of power points makes most of the hotdesking spaces unusable. The lack of natural light now that the hotdesking spaces along the windows have been removed. Overall the lighting is not conducive to work at all. It just sort of feels like every week there's less space available, which has me unsure about my future in the space. I find myself working from the local libraries more often nowadays.

I have had great experience with Waterman. Since commencing my business using their meeting rooms for client appointments has been a great experience for me and for my clients
I would add though, if the monthly credits are given before hand, that would be great to plan ahead and book appointment, rather than wait for the 1st of every month before booking meeting rooms (and to ensure that we do not forget to book)
It was very stressful when I had appointments on the 1st of the month and my credits were not yet allocated. I was just hoping that offices would be available.
Also, parking could be an issue (from time to time) particularly at Narre Warren.
Other that that it is fantastic!!

Great community of remote workers and facilities are clean, modern and practical for working.

Waterman have great facilities, but better than just being an office they have created a business community that you want to be involved with.

A great place to work from, great facilities, helpful staff who care about the success of their members.

I'm a hot desk user, the Chadstone facilities are fantastic, great people, great vibe, great coffee.
This place has re energised my business.

As my business keeps me on the road consistently, the ability to drop in to a Watermans as needed is perfect for me. I only use the hot desks which gives me the flexibility to come and go as needed and considering the low cost to do so it’s a “no brainer”. Keep in mind that the locations are all east of the city I look forward to locations north and west.

I've been here almost a month and I love being at Waterman!
A wonderful team of generous and authentic people run the place and the facilities are great.

In terms of the environment and people this place is 100% 5 stars. Only recommendation for improvement is the room booking system and the online help chat, both of which are not always the smoothest to use. However these do not impact my enjoyment of using the Waterman facilities.

The people who operate Waterman are really engaging, and obviously care that their occupants are happy and looked after. The facilities are good, with special mention to things like the quiet working spaces and the communal kitchenette. There are often networking meet ups, drinks at the end of every month, etc. to keep people interacting with one another.

My only concern would be the same thing across any shared workspace, and that is that you can't please all types of businesses. The nature of any shared workspace is that there will be distractions, and in a technical line of work that can cause problems. Overall I feel they handle things pretty well, especially given the value provided with such amazing pricing.

If you are a small business, sole trader, etc. looking for somewhere to work away from home, I can't think of somewhere I would recommend more.

A great place to not only work, but network, collaborate and belong. Everyone at Waterman is so supportive, not only the staff but the other business owners also. Everyone is invested in each others success. So happy to be a part of the family :)

An excellent choice for a co-working space. A hop-skip and jump above the rest.

I couldn't think anything better than this. It meets all my business needs.

Love the space and vibe of the Chadstone facility, but unfortunately the security of our system means we can't utilise the Waterman wifi so that's just means more equipment/systems to turn on when i'm in there.
