Overall very happy

Overall very happy, just a slight delay an issue with service requests. Some have been completed when nothing done and timeframe for turnarounds lacking.

Great community and facilities

Great community and facilities. Awesome that things like monthly drinks and Christmas functions are held especially for business that are not big and may not be able to have a mingle and blow out after the year (although due to my work and private life i cannot always make).

The personalized service

The personalized service, detail to attention and amazing facilities were fantastic! Andrew Danby and the rest of the team made our work easy with the professional approach from day 1.
We will continue to deal with Waterman Business Centre and have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone in the beauty industry.

When I first walked into Waterman…

When I first walked into Waterman Chadstone office, I knew it was going to be my perfect fit. The inpserational vibe of the people within waterman was amazing and you can actually feel the positive energy just radiate.
Now I'm over a month in and it's only gets better. To sum it all up: The power of positive connections changes everything. Waterman has provided our company the perfect environment to blossom into it's full potential.

Exactly what we wanted to support our brand

I have been exceptionally happy with the customer service and support at the Carribean Centre. The company creates a supportive environment for its clients.
Everyone who visits us at the building is impressed by the quality and look of the building. It is exactly what we wanted to support our brand, a high quality environment.
