Only issue I have had is other people sitting in the desk I have booked. Which happened 3 days in a row. I just sat in another seat which was fine.

Fantastic, modern facilities suited for today's workplace environment.

I bought a client in to see me and she was impressed by the quality of the offices and how professional the service is. It is lovely to have reception greet my clients before I meet them. When I first met this client we had to meet at a coffee shop. Having access to the Waterman facilities has provided me with a cost effective way to start my business and maintain a professional appearance. Thank you

Unable to use the full benefits of the centres due to nature of my business - service industry, unless I pay the higher after-hour rate.

Wonderful facilities that support a consciously crafted environment. Working from this space is - easy!!! Soooo much natural light, access to a variety of different working spaces, always someone available to ask for help and plenty of friendly faces. I joined with the hope of feeling positive community, a quality working environment, and value for investment; tick, tick, tick!

A great place to work in and be surrounded by like minded people. Spacious and modern premises, plenty of great services and facilities offered. Excellent staff that genuinely care and organize multiple events.

I am new to Waterman and have been too busy working on files to spend much time at the centre. Hopefully I will have more time to spend at the centre in the future to experience it's finer features.

More Power points for casual member areas would be great. Enjoying the lunch and learn sessions. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice place to co-work with lots of great work spaces and great people but there is definitely a grey area when it comes to community culture and initiative to create a wholesome collaborative culture.

I've had nothing but positive experiences from Waterman. They create (ongoing) a culture of community, mutual support, creativity, and positive networking; all whilst allowing for independence within one's own business.
The community managers are special people, doing an incredible job helping to connect businesses and assist wherever possible.

Great environment. Good networking functions. More powepoints in cntre desks would be good when busy.

World class facilities at an affordable price.

Professional environment, but not enough hot desks. The desks at the back at Chadstone are useless as the light shines off the Chadstone roof and the glare is horrible for your eyes. Most of the desks up front are rented out.

Need to consider making more room for hot desks, but I am not sure how they can do this. I wouldn't advise my organisation to continue using Waterman.

Great place to do business and meet people. Have meetings. Look really professional. I love my membership.

Awesome place. Waterman is a really great option for me as one who works from an office occasionally. Friendly people, thoughtful fitout and a good vibe.
