Brilliant space, however the wifi is very difficult to connect to your computer. Also with the popularity (which is great for them) it makes it extremely difficult to find a seat to start working.
Other than that Waterman is great.

Would be excellent but the share printer in 64 victor is very unreliable and should be upgrade to work the same as all the other in the waterman building.

Such a great place to work from!

Waterman has allowed my small scale business to have a place to grow. The environment at Scoresby (where I spend most of my time) really helps to keep you motivated to work.

The meeting rooms are excellent with good technology, the after-hours access to a workstation, the relaxing areas all contribute to a great working atmosphere. Could not have chosen better!

Please stop watering down the soap in the bathrooms.
Please increase the timeout of the lights in the bathrooms so it doesn't go dark after only 3 minutes. Surely during business hours the lights could just stay on? OR Move the sensor so that it can be activated from the stalls.
Its great to have 24/7 access but on weekends when its hot it gets a bit stuffy with no aircon.

Waterman provides a thriving home for small teams and new businesses. The location is convenient and the space is comfortable for the short periods I need at the moment. It's a busy place and provides the opportunity to meet new people.

If you're looking for a cool co-working space or flexible offices, supportive team and stimulating environment the Waterman Centres are for you!

The sense of community at Waterman is outstanding. I always wanted to run my own business but never thought that I had the courage or the resources to do so. When my previous employer moved their business into an office space at the Narre Warren Waterman building, I was introduced to an incredible group of like-minded entrepreneurs and business owners who nurtured my ideas and encouraged me to start my own business.

When it came time to start working for myself, I didn’t even think twice about getting a membership at the same centre. I couldn’t take myself away from the amazing community that the Waterman team are constantly supporting and the invaluable resources that they provide us with. The Waterman service team were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my transition, tailoring my membership to best suit my business requirements, and they continue to be caring and encouraging as I continue my own journey into entrepreneurship.

The Centres themselves are gorgeous and are a great place to meet with my clients, who always comment on how much they enjoy the fresh, modern spaces. I find that these spaces help to give my business a more professional exterior and allows my clients to take me and my business seriously, which is a blessing as a young, female, start-up entrepreneur. I am beyond impressed with the Waterman Business Centres and I recommend them to anyone who will listen! I am excited to see where their growth takes them in the years to come and I am extremely grateful to be a part of their community

Excellent facilitates, but I feel that a water jug and glasses should be standard in each of the meeting rooms (and be kept refreshed) as the current arrangement for a one-man firm is difficult to manage.
I haven't tried to order tea/coffee from the cafe to meeting rooms as yet but understand that they may provide water.

Pricing model for hotdesking is rubbish.

I signed up for the $30/month plan thinking it was a great deal, however got huge bill shock when my first invoice came in for over $90. During my induction, I wasn't told that sitting at a workstation would be billed at such a stupidly high rate. Your online room booking system is also total junk - you have to click into each room to find out if they're available, rather than search by the time of your actual meeting.

I'm cancelling my membership soon.

Fantastic team together with a professional and cleverly designed building makes this the perfect place to start up, walk in and run your business. Watermans have enabled me to provide a high level service to my clients at a pay as you need offering. Partnering with the team here has been the best business decision I have made. 4 months in and every client I bring in is impressed with "my office". Highly recommend joining for networking and providing a complete professional offering to your business

Great (and affordable!) place to work. I especially like their $30/month hot desking package.

Having said that the hot desk option (30/month package) may not be for you if you like proper office desks and chairs. They are essentially in the busy thoroughfare for others into their offices or kitchen. Not a lot of privacy, and definitely need a good pair of cans to work.

You can book to work from a workstation in less busier (and better desks!) areas.

Kitchens are pretty bare but clean and functional. If you want a coffee, you pretty much need to head into the shopping centre proper. A bit of a hassle, especially after hours.

What they should provide is a machine in each kitchen to make coffee, free or otherwise. Happy to pay for the convenience if the coffee is a smidgen above mediocre. It'd be good if they also provide vending machines for soft drinks.

All kind of people there but most are too busy to notice you, especially if you're new.

Best place to work from after hours: workstations facing the windows. Quiet and great view of the (I assumed) Dandenong ranges.
