Waterman is a great concept for people who want an office of a permanent desk. For casual freelancers, it’s not quite as good. It just seems as though the freelancers are not really priority when you consider the lack of decent chairs and the placement of freelance desks. I wanted to be amongst a busy thriving community but ended up in a back corner because that’s where the desks were. For the new daily/weekly fee, it wasn’t ideal.

World class, prime office space at an extremely affordable price point and access to multiple locations close to home out in the 'burbs. What else could an aspiring entrepreneur ever ask for?

Waterman Business Centres have provided a fantastic growth platform for our small (but amazing) software development company. Everything is on tap here, everything works beautifully, the facilities and services are excellent and the Watermans staff are friendly and helpful. Part of the Watermans vision is to create a vibrant community that empowers small businesses naturally through networking and events - and that vision resonates strongly. The offices and working spaces are modern, well designed and wired for speed. The architecture inside and out is impressive and inspiring—the gardens and outdoor spaces here at Caribbean are spectacular. Watermans have provided us with much more than floor space—this is an aspirational space that is easy to work in, which instils great confidence in our clients and which we are excited to employ others into. Waterman are visionaries, and have created very special spaces for businesses of all sizes - I recommend them without reservation.

I really enjoyed my time at the Waterman Business Centre Narre.
Induction was simple, staff were friendly and I was up and running in no time.
It did help that I landed some work, the days that I was onsite:)
Please give this really professional Coworking space a go and build your network while your at it!

Company is a joke. Not much else to say. Please be careful before doing anything with them. They are legit crooks who steal people's money (I'm not the 1st one). All I can say is I warned you. Thanks.

we asked about the shredder machine and no one got back to us and when i asked reception they did not know when it will be reinstated or fixed. no follow up to confirm about this. Also during covid-19 i had to pay full rent even though we were on complete lock-down. no support for long term tenants hence why i did not renew my office lease.

I gravitated towards the Waterman as my choice for a co-working space because of its chic and energetic layout and vibe. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to meeting rooms and work spaces, with breakout rooms and a courtyard to enjoy the sun.

Have now been a resident at the Waterman for 18 months, and every client visit always compliments the workspace and the ease of finding the location.

Excellent facilities and outstanding support with very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

I went to Narre Warren for the first time on 10/9/20 to do some work on my lap top to continue developing a new business venture there. No one at Reception, a few ppl working there but nowhere I could set up to work. Went home and did some of the work there instead.

Excellent co-working facility with very supportive staff. You feel welcome and have a community spirit that enables you to get the motivation and inspiration needed to feel a sense of belonging and convenience. Keep up the good work in supporting small businesses like mine. Thank You :)

The Caribbean Waterman is one of a kind in Melbourne but it has a couple of minor quirks!

This centre needs to provide better facilities for hotdesking. There are only non-powered seats available at this centre. The Fountain Gate centre has permanent hotdesks with proper facilities.

Another thing I noticed was that the meeting rooms do not have any accessories (whiteboard markers, eraser or HDMI cable to use the TV).
It was not clear when booking the room so I learned that after my client arrived for the meeting.

Good facilities and good networking opportunities

People are very responsive to the enquiries and i have had a great amount of support understanding the way things work. The premises are very conducive to productivity and in the short time I have been a part of the community i have had amazing opportunities to connect to like minded individuals.

Internet keeps dropping out in the shsred desk area. Works fine in the open area beside the
brainstorming room.

Great personalised service, prompt responses to my emails.

Well done Joel and team Waterman Scoresby. It's a great home away from home to work from and I enjoy being here.
