TPS360 have worked with SCG Wales since 2017. The service continues to be faultless. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with.
Ashley, our account manager, is a real credit to the team. He’s responsive, straightforward, and genuinely helpful – nothing’s ever too much trouble.

Because the lady who I spoke to to try and sort out the problem I was having was extremely accommodating and also did what she said she was going to do. which wasn't always the case before I got to speak with Rachel. I was glad to have it all sorted.

Excellent phone system and excellent customer support service
We have been with SCG Wales for many years and have always found both the phone system and customer service to be excellent.
The admin and support staff are always very helpful and we rarely have any problems with the phone system.
I would certainly recommend this company if you want to change phone suppliers.
