Liz from SGC, was polite, friendly, and knew her job very well. She was very good at explaining things and also patient, with much more time spent on detail than we expected, to ensure our new phone system was working correctly and that we both understood how to use it.

Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our office phone setup. From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage of the process, ensuring we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.

What really stood out was her commitment to supporting us during the setup. She was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure everything ran smoothly. Rachel proactively checked in with us regularly to see if we needed any additional help, which made the entire experience completely stress-free.

Her professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer service were exceptional. She made sure we were fully set up, comfortable with the system, and that everything was working perfectly before stepping back.

I often pose what I think are challenging requests and they are never too much trouble and she always delivers, be it technical issues or divert requests. My call was answered by Matt B (Service Assurance Engineer) and from the outset he was professional, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Furthermore he called me back 15 mins or so later to check that I had received the email he'd sent with the DHL tracking details, as he wanted to be sure I had the information to resolve my query. If this is the quality of staff recruitment and training at SCG, as a company they should be very proud; but I don't want to take away from the quality and expertise Matt B delivered - thank you Matt.

The team member I was speaking with did exactly what he said he would do. He also responded within a short period of time and spoke with confidence and understanding. The whole of the situation wasn't resolved at this point, but the ground work has been set and we're moving forward.
