Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful support engineer. I’d had a new router that wasn’t doing its job. The engineer fixed the first issue quickly but we were both baffled as to why the router signal was so poor.
Thankfully his ‘outside the box’ thinking made us both realise the antenna hadn’t actually been taken from the pack and connected to the router. Ended up being a good laugh to a very frustrating problem!

I'd been talking to Seerish Balmogan about the problem we'd been having and when I suggested we ought to replace them, Seerish recommended a great alternative product which has improved our situation.
