John North came on a call out today, he’s been several times to us. He’s always very professional, knowledgeable & friendly and usually resolves the issue on the day. Great guy ☺️

From the first contact with Vertical Lift Services NW - they have been superb. We were not satisfied with our existing lift maintenance suppliers (a large international organisation), so contacted Vertical Lift services. They responded immediately and an initial visit was arranged within a few working days. Shauna arranged and Andy Verey visited. Andy diagnosed the problem immediately and a few working days later, Tom & Harvey were on site and had everything up and running again by 1pm that day. Simply cannot fault their service and were happy to discuss the lift issues with me. We have now contracted our ongoing maintenance with them and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing their services. A big thank you from all at Crown Hill.

Very pleasant and helpful young man, nothing is too much trouble for him. Due to the nature of the establishment one would have to be very understanding and empathetic as well as patient, this gentleman ticks all boxes
