Jamie the engineer came out today, and he was ace, he looked a both our doors and got them alot quieter.

Vertical Lifts has just taken over our annual lift maintenance and call-out contract and so far, so good. They were very efficient and timely with the call-out and extremely thorough with the lift servicing. On both occasions the Engineers were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

John came and did a nice job explaining everything and making clear for staff what the issue was, great service indeed!

Jamie Ryan did a great job and even fixed a fault that the last guy couldn't
