We have had a constant problem with the lift getting stuck on the third floor. Harvey & John from vertical lifts have came and sorted a problem we have had for over a year, can't thank you guys enough especially with us being a student accomadation.

Absolutely made up to have John back servicing our lifts, he is amazing, nothing is never too much trouble, always happy and engaging with all staff and residents. Health and safety is always paramount. Great guy and asset to your team.

Ryan arrived within the allocated time out of normal working hours. He is knowledgeable & polite. He went the extra mile to ensure that when the Lift was operational that all the residents within the Care Home had got upstairs to bed.

Today’s engineer, Jake Ashcroft, is very experienced & professional. When a breakdown occurs, he always takes the time to listen to us at the beginning of the job & feeds back to us before he leaves site. Very helpful guy.

Lloyd and Harvey were very professional and knowledgeable. We have had issues with our lift for over a week with multiple engineers attending site previous and couldn’t fix it. Lloyd and Harvey had it fixed and were home for lunch

John and Harvey came to do a service on our lift today. They were both very friendly and were very passionate about their job.

Ian and Max came to service and repair our lift, very polite and professional service.
