I would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered from this site and after 2 weeks I contacted them to ask about the delay and if I could cancel my order ( when I ordered it advised I’d receive my dress within 2-5 working days - great! In time for a wedding).
Got no response, as predicted from reviews.
Contacted the company again and was told the dress had been out of stock and was expected to be dispatched on 17th November, I responded to say I had needed it for a wedding and since it had not been dispatched I asked could my order now be cancelled.
No response, so I asked again only to be told no that the dress was being parcelled (hello like I had been told there’s was only coming back into stock on the 17th).
Inconsistent information!!!
The dress arrived a while after the wedding I ordered for, it cost me £180. I did not trust sending it back as was not willing to spend maybe £40 on postage for the dress to either be returned to sender or something. Just thought I’ll do without the £180 instead of £220.
An expensive lesson learned.
I advise you to not order!!

Wouldn't even want to give one star. What a shocking company. Won't refund my order, no stock to fulfill the order. Lucky if you get a response. Save your pennies and go for a Rixo outfit!

I wish I had checked these reviews before I purchased online. I purchased 3 items for £280 fully expecting, as normal that I could return if they didn't fit. But apparently because the items are on sale, they don't offer a refund for any reason, despite my UK legal rights that I can return for any reason within 28 days. I even tried to get a refund through my credit card but because the items weren't faulty (just didn't fit) their T&Cs didn't cover it, ie, don't cover my consumer rights. Am raging. PLEASE NO ONE EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

my order came the 15th October my neighbour took it in as i was away until 24th the coat was too big i asked for a return and was told the date for return closed 23rd October just 8 days after delivery i am now fight with then to get my money back. i also offered proof of my flights but they would not reply to my emails,

Im absolutely appalled at this company, Stephanie used to have a wonderful company trusted by many people. My order a substantial one arrived late when I was away and then I arrived home to a late order over the pathetic 7 day return policy - then you are told no refund no returns, and then they ignore you for days! DO NOT ORDER FROM this brand - their pre orders are also ridiculous.

Please avoid you can’t return . There is no proper return labels I was charged £24 and the parcel was undeliverable . I eventually received the parcel back after several weeks . Although the clothes are very nicely made they are really small fitting (hence the return) .

I can only speak from my own experience, but some of these reviews feel a bit extreme. I’ve had a really positive time with the company and received great communication on two occasions when I reached out about deliveries. The shipping is slow, I won’t lie, but the quality of the clothes is genuinely excellent. My advice would be to just not order in a rush plan ahead and buy well in advance of any events or occasions you want to wear the items for.

Avoid!! Ordered a set on pre-order in August, it stated it was being dispatched end of August, it wasn’t dispatched until October. The item then had a 30% off in autumn sale’ and I noticed it was no longer stated pre order, so I ordered two sizes to see if I would get them quicker, they didn’t get dispatched either.
When I eventually received them and tried to return it wouldn’t let me. I contacted customer service and was told I couldn’t refund those that were were in the ‘sale’, but they would let me refund the original one. The return cost £50 as you can only use DHL or another company, I can see it’s been delivered in October but there has been no refund and no responses to my emails - genuinely the worst type of company

My experience with Vita Grace has been deeply disappointing. I ordered two items — one didn’t fit — and that’s where the real trouble began. There is no proper returns process: no return label, no clear instructions, just an address on the website that customers must navigate themselves.

I followed the given information precisely. Yet after five weeks, the parcel was returned to me unopened, with a notice claiming the recipient could not be located at the address provided. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional €20 for the return of a package that was correctly addressed in the first place.

In the end: an item that doesn’t fit, extra fees, and wasted time.
That is absolutely not what I expect from a trustworthy online retailer.

For me, this was a one-time purchase — never again.

Unresponsive customer service. Painful return process. I’ve chased for a week about my refund and no reply. I see on DHL app my return was delivered to Vita Grace a week ago, and they have yet to reply to my emails or give ETA for refund. Super unprofessional - don’t bother shopping with them. Not worth it.

Shocking - didn’t delivery till 4 weeks after order. Clearly stated I wanted to cancel order, they wouldn’t although order hadn’t left the factory.

Then you can’t return the goods - no moral, no ethics never ever buy from them. Scum of the fashion world.

I wouldn’t even put 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Gemma Owen should be embarrassed that she is linked to this brand. I ordered an outfit promoted by her, when I ordered it I then got told it was on back order. I asked to cancel it and was told once ordered it couldn’t be cancelled. It took 2 months to arrive to be then told I couldn’t return it. It’s terrible quality, not sized appropriately and expensive. Terrible terrible customer service!

i was waiting for more than 2 months for my order to be delivered. By the time it arrived the summer in germany was over and the stuff I have ordered was obsolete. On top of that they refused to take any returns, which is the worst customer experience I have ever seen.

2 star rather than 1 star ... clothes are reasonable quality but extremely overpriced for what you receive.
The worst part is the sizing, ordered 2 pairs of the same shorts just different colours and sizes are different. Skorts in the same size are even smaller.
The Returns Policy is rubbish i.e. if it's a reduced item through sale of discount code you can't return, even if the clothes don't fit. Which is difficult to judge if the sizing is incorrect in the first place. Don't fall for the glossy photos, avoid at all costs.

Vreselijk bedrijf.
Had blijkbaar iets in pre-order besteld wat niet duidelijk op de website stond. Pakket duurde weken voor levering en had het niet op tijd binnen voor een bruiloft.
Schijnbaar een week retour termijn wat niet haalbaar is.
Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding klopt totaal niet.
Bijna aan 500 euro besteld en kan er nu niks mee. 😒

DO NOT ORDER. VITA GRACE NOW IN UAE. They now have my return dress costing £220 AND MY MONEY & NO REFUND. This company liquidated in the UK & is now in Dubai. Terrible quality. No returns. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I am fighting to get my money back.

Agree with what everyone is saying. Awful - products took weeks to arrive. Missed the event i was needing them for so asked to cancel the order. They wouldn’t even though the items hadnt dispatched. You have to pay to return to Dubai - quoted £90. The quality of clothes is not there and even the packaging is now cheap and nasty. Awful, awful company- AVOID

i was taken ibto hospital in an emergency once hone following brain surgery i had several items from companies to return items every single other company completely understood apart from vita grace they would not even speak to ne ot give me a credit note utterly appalling

Do not order from this company. Poor fitting/cheap quality clothes. Arrived weeks late. Terrible returns policy and deny receiving items that are retuned. DO NOT BUY. Clothing is nothing like seen on website. I only wish I had checked reviews first. I will never order from this company again.

If I could possibly give zero stars I would. I ordered £700 of items as was unsure of fit and required them for a wedding. Wanted £65 to return by DHL to Dubai and have never had a refund. Scammers!!
