People from Customer service were timely responsive and very kind in helping me to solve my problem with uploading my running track. Looking forward to receiving my medal and to join the next challenge!

The people from virtual runners were very helpful in getting my questions answered to check on confirming that results are legitimate and resolving my past issue regarding an undelivered item.

"Run for Peace" was a truly satisfying race to participate in. The medal is superb quality, really love it! Delivery unfortunately took 7 weeks after shipping (to Norway), but the wait was worth it.

This was my first VR run and there is nothing to blame on. Registration easy, delivery of shirt and medal fast. High quality level for both items. Experience as it should be therefore 5 stars. Next run already booked

The people of VR are amazing, helping me a lot for some technical problems (the Login Portal Run) and always answering to my emails (Junnah, Mailyn Katherine, Arcelie 😉 ). I recommend Virtual Runners. PS : I just finished the Great Spartan Run and Marathon Sunday morning at 04:00 AM, after a whole night run of 42,5 km.

I start running this year and I can't belive I made a 10km race. The medal arrive just today and I love it so much. Thanks go it arrive , the post of México is quite disastrous, so I give thema warning that every package that arrives at their branches should be sent to me the next day, otherwise they will lose them.

I run with virtualrunners family since first january 2022. Until today I make more then 20 runs and I am very proud and happy. First I do somethings for me. Sure I can run whitout virtualrunners but tougether in a big community we have a lot more experience. The virtualrunner organisation make a fantastic job to become every week e new run, high quality medals and runner shirts. It is for me a pleasure to run with virtualrunners family.

With Service and support of virtualrunners I can confirm, that all answers what I have in this time I become also an answer. I know, that last 2 years and also in this time, logistik is a critical point. Its a global critical point. In this case its understand that we need a lot of time to wait for the medals. In my case (I leave in Serbia, the medals comes from Germany) need to wait 1 month on average. A not small time of it takes the customs clearance process. Or not correct address information as it must be in international handling. The fact is, so far all medals have arrived within this time window.

If you can understand that, then I can really recommend virtualrunners.

My recent experience has been a good and positive one. The staff and their assistance has been quite welcoming.

I started using Virtualrunners when I bought the first race: - Secrets of Rome Marathon. All three races of 2020 were OK. Delays began in 2021. In the 11 races of 2021 the times of delivery of the medals were very large and totally different from those published on the Virtualrunners website. Some exceeded three months.
There were more than 40 emails exchanged, more than 10 requests for “patience for another 2 to 3 weeks” , were more than 5 requests to “fill out the shipping form”.
I stopped e-mailing because they weren't having any effect. People were very polite, helpful, answered all emails but nothing really happened. I decided not to use Virtualrunners services anymore. As a last attempt I sent a message to Mr. Kishor Sridhar. I received a very positive response which made me believe i would have my problems solved. And they've been solved.

For me the deadlines were not the biggest problem. The big impact was caused by misinformation. No one said anything about the reasons for what was happening which leads you to imagine always fearing the worst.
At some point I thought I had been the victim of a common internet scam of selling and not handing over such a lack of information from my emails to Virtualrunners
From my personal experience concludes that transparency is the best altitude in the relationship between the company and its customers. I'd rather have bad news than lack of it.
Pending issues are almost complete. I am registered in 14 races in 2022 and in the expectation that everything will go as in 2020. To this day I do not know the reasons for the delays so great . Let's forget 2021.

Love virtualrunners, for me it's really motivating, have signed up to 2 different events that have kept me super motivated. Every time I have sent an email I have been responded to and even when I asked a question on the fb group page I received a personal email with an answer from the team which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!!!!

Items never arrive. Although they have cost me a lot of money. They just respond with template responses. They don't read your mail very well. Just a quick response and they're done. Facebook messages get deleted. It's a scam.

Update: Items have been resend and arrived after 3 months.

Absolutely love their challenges and the medals are stunning too… highly recommend. It has definitely helped me stay active even after the lock down

I was having some trouble posting the 5K times for myself and my husband! Not unusual for us, as senior citizens. We often have these techie challenges. The folks at ritual runners were so helpful and nice and were very kind to help us so we could actually get the medal we had earned! They are the BEST team! Thank you and thank you for the fun virtual races. Helps to keep us fit!!

I ordered a medal hanger on November 8, 2021. Never received it.
I completed my Australia run in December, now in mid-April still have not received the medal.
So I requested a refund for both : Medal hanger was refunded 4 days later. But still no sign of the Australia run refund more than a week later. There are so many virtual runs companies out there which are a lot better and more reliable.

Yo hice una carrera y la medalla tardó más de un mes en llegar, pero llegó. Entiendo que dado la distancia del país es normal.

Another 24 hours and more emails all with excuses. Asked me to fill in a form which i have done twice in the past.They then said they have found the form but to fill it in again. More time wasting more excuses still no medals. One of the most infuriating and upsetting issues I have dealt with and all at my expense. Please Please do deal with this company. Its a scam
