This company ripped myself, wife and daughter off with the September 19: 2021 10KM record attempt. We paid for 3 shirts, 3 medals and got nothing at all, Contacted them many times and all I got was BullShirt. My daughter who ran the 10 was very pissed. This German company was a big rip off and hope all the people involved in this company fall in a hell hole.

If I could give a negative star I would. I ordered two sets of the Celtic series and ordered the t-shirts as an add-on, total was 144.00 each nothing has shown up and now they are out of business. These people are crooks and I'm out almost $300.00 I want my money back or the medals and t-shirts that we ordered. I also never received my other medal for the dogs. Now they are starting a new business for virtual races, what a crock. Are they going to give me what's due?

My sister and myself did "Run with your Dog" 10 km on Aug 28. Our times were accepted but no medals arrived. They are now saying they have gone bankrupt so we have lost our money. Horrified to hear they are starting another company. Buyers beware!

Never received my medal.
I did a virtual 5k for my friends birthday, who I lost in 2021. I have yet to receive the medal.

Highly disappointed!

Preordered a T shirt as requsted ahead of the event. 20 emails later and by chance discovered they've gone bancrupt. Riccardo and team have been appalling and have'nt addressed any aspect of customer service to the very end. If they've gone bancrupt, then at least do the decent thing and inform us who the recievers are in order to make a claim !!! Enough said.

The were good for a time but I have been waiting a month for a medal. When I contacted them they said my 'certificate was ready to view' but did not mention anything relating to my question about the medal. When going to view my certificate the page was down so I couldn't, this is still the case today where I have found after contacting them they have filed bankruptcy. There is no point of contact, no response from the company and they seem to have begun wiping traces of themselves online. I payed money for my goods and even £7 for delivery non of which I am able to get back.

It looks like a FRAUD.

No medal at all after participating in Berlin Run in Sept...now is already mid Oct..SCAMMER BEWARE!

A futás utáni héten a 4. nap mindig megkaptam az érmet, még a covid alatt is. 😍Mindig megbízhatóak voltak és toleránsak is, ha a futást betegség végett később tudtam abszolválni, vagy esetleg egy előző futásomat elfogadták mikor én is covid betegségben szenvedtem. 😉 Sajnálom, hogy csődöt mond a szervezet. 😢 Valószínű, az én 3 darab érmem is odavész, amit viszont nagyon sajnálok, hogy a Világ 7 új csodája sorozatomból fognak az érmek hiányozni. Mindezek ellenére köszönöm nekik a motivációt, az érmeket és ezt a nemzetközi csodás csoportot!🥰 Andrea K.

I participated for the Firefighter run in the beginning of July. I’ve received the medal in 2 weeks, but the T-shirt was missing. I was a member of their Facebook group and I saw many people receiving it who ordered it much later, than I did. I contacted them many times about it, their answer was always the same: “Sorry, please keep on waiting!” - in 2 weeks it’s November already, and my shirt is still nowhere. As I read the news about the bankruptcy on their website, I guess I’ll never get neither of my money, nor my shirt. 😠

I ordered the Firefighters medal challenge, upon completing the distance I went to log in only to find that apparently they have "been terminated" and no longer exist.
It seems I have fallen for a scam! Beware everyone!!!

I am not going to give them any starts.
They are nothing but a bunch of frauds. They've taken my money,I asked for a refund.. they said it'll take 14 days just to start the refund process.. in the meantime. These people have packed up and disappeared.. not on face book or instagram anymore.. no way to contact these frauds.

Absolute waste of time!
Our run has already started and still there is are no login details, or anything we can print out for the run!!

Therefore, at this point we don’t even know, if the run is on or not.
Don’t waste your time or money! Avoid!

Shocking. I did the Unicorn Run with my 7yo daughter, submitted our results and downloaded our certificate. We expected to receive her medal within 48 hours of either finishing the race ourselves or within 48 hours of the date of the challenge ending (14 August). Nothing yet so submitted a query on their website only to receive a response which directed us to a German web form. Not very helpful. I understand Dutch, Russian, French and English so it's not a case of "typical English monoglot".

As with the other negative reviews we haven't received our medals. We get responses over email but each one states a delivery of 3 to 5 weeks and nothing turns up.
Very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible service. Repeated contacts promising shipment is happening soon for months. They now owe me over $100 let's see if I actually get that back or not. Avoid them at all costs!

UPDATE stuff arrived better late than never. No communication though. Saved original text even though I have updated my review.

(Did not deliver. My time never made the list ( Reminded them many times). Shirt and medal nowhere to be seen.

So I ended up paying for nothing. Also stuff from a second race I payed for before I knew they don't deliver is missing. Was supposed to get me motivated 😒. Now I am just mad.)

I am still awaiting refund for t-shirt and medal for olympic challenge and also route 66 that were completed almost one year ago. Keep being promised a refund but never materialises.
Also completed the world run series with runs for all the continents. Medals may have arrived in UK, but not at my address, as received suspicious email asking me to pay a further £46 in duty. Emailed on May 26 but still no response from them. Always get the same automated email response.

Run Route 66
I love the Run Route 66 medal really much. The design is wonderful, I feel that way it’s like I ran in Amerika. The medal is sophisticated, and even the neck part is very American. Now it is the wedge of my room. Thank you for this wonderful medal.

Bad bad service. 2 stars because they do reply. But are unhelpful replies stating the same thing that the medal has shipped. Even though it should've arrived 9 months ago.
They offered refund BUT when i accepted offer they ignored it multiple times. Never gave me the refund or followed up on their offer. THEY KEPT SAYING SAME THING EACH TIME I ASKED FOR REFUND... just to wait for medal to arrive. They never listened.
