The furniture was superb for the price, many thanks. Fantastic delivery cost to the north of Scotland, but it was a bit stressful as I couldn’t select am or pm and the delivery arrived about 15 mins before I needed to go to work. The two couriers were okay, one seemed very inexperienced and bumped everything but the second was very good.

Hi the experience was great. The website is easy to use and the pictures did the item I purchased proud. Some of the items are a little over priced. But buy cheap buy twice. I was kept informed throughout about shipping and delivery. Probably took me longer to unwrap it after delivery than it did to buy. That is not a criticism but it was exceedingly well wrapped. Got exactly what I wanted and would recommend it to others. Try you won’t be disappointed.

This site has beautiful and unique items for sale, and that was great. But the platform itself ,"Vinterior" , does not take any responsibilty regarding the mailing and delivery. These unique items are sometimes owned by elderly people with very little technical skills and no knowledge of communicating via the site with the buyer. The seller of the item which I bought wrote my postal code wrong and that set the delivery process into a nightmare. The reps at Vinterior were not helpful at all and just kept telling me to send recurrent emails again and again , to the same address, promising a human response , but nothing came. I waited 2 months for this item, but there was a lot of needless stress on the way and no accountability .

The website was easy and intuitive when putting various search terms in to find just the right coffee table for my new home and I could hone in on the right price bracket. I even passed through several things I didn’t even know I wanted!!
Ordering was straight forward. The guys who brought it were careful when bringing into my house and quickly positioned it where I wanted. I’ll definitely look here first when I’m ready to find my next piece of furniture that I need to be ‘just right’!

I purchases two beautiful mid century coffee tables, a sylvia & John Reid alongside a Terence Conrad. Both came in mint condition, the quality is also top notch. The delivery came from two men and a van situated in London. They gave me a call two days before delivering and said they'd ring half an before arriving in a two hour window. 5 star rating given, Vinterior is a superb company to deal with. ❤️

I ordered a heavy vintage bookcase from Vinterior, and the couriers (Proovia) severely mishandled it, causing a massive vertical split right down a load-bearing leg. Instead of handling it professionally, the couriers literally tried a rogue "glue fix" on the spot and left me with an unsafe, completely unusable piece of furniture taking up half my room.

After I formally rejected the broken item and Vinterio acknowledging it, they went completely silent for over a week. I had to chase them down myself just to get an update. Only then did they admit they were pausing my return because the courier's internal insurance team hadn't approved compensation yet! They basically kept me completely in the dark to protect their own finances, totally ignoring their own 30-day refund guarantee.

​To make things worse, once they finally caved and agreed to the return, the support agent emailed me offering a "30% off your next purchase" discount code as a gesture of goodwill. But when I went to use it on a replacement item, the system only took off £30. When I challenged them on it, Vinterior just casually dismissed it as a "typo," refused to honor their written offer, and essentially told me to take the £30 or leave it.

​They talk a big game about buyer protection, but when something actually goes wrong, they stall, hide information from you, try to force unsafe repairs on you, and use deceptive goodwill offers.

​ Avoid them.
