Over the past 3 years, I have found Vinterior.co to be a good, trusted selling platform that I would recommend. They have a back up team ready to help with any problems/issues. A name check for team member Ramona who just this week was able to quickly find back issues of my Vat invoices, that I could not find, and email them to me. Well done Ramona.

Some sellers are great with prompt responses to enquiries. Others are less communicative.
My 2 purchases so far have been super. Items as described. Well packed. Prompt despatch.
Delivery charges and service fees can be prohibitive.

Vinterior were great
Vinterior were great, easy to order and despatch time was great. Didn't like the delivery though, they two foreign guys shoved my sofa into the room, one of them jabbering away to the other, almost aggressively, took a pic of the sofa which was left on its back with the cushions all over the floor. Good job I wasn't a little old lady on my own as I would never had got it upright. But anyway, Vinterior were great but think I would be put off ordering again just because of the delivery experience.

Great service for sellers

The supplier wasn’t good
The supplier wasn’t good. Vinterior customer service tried their best. The item arrived damaged - but oddly the packaging was in tact. A replacement was promised but is still not here.

I am writing this review as a UK based…
I have write an update as a seller that has sold a valuable item on this site - BE WARNED any individual sellers - you won’t get paid for 30 days from the buyer receiving your item. Absolutely shocked by this - it is a site designed to ruin individual sellers, I wish I had never started this process.
I am writing this review as a UK based seller on Vinterior. Generally the seller experience is poor, the interface is very limited and restrictive and it takes days to have listings approved. Given the high commission for products that I have laboured over I find that sellers, especially boutique, small scale sellers are neglected via this site. It is a shame because it could be really valuable given the audience size. Having said that, when I have raised issues the customer care team is superb (once you navigate the AI interface) Achel in particular has been excellent, responsive and helpful every time I have needed to contact this team.
