It was a great experience from start to finish. It is a beautiful sideboard, very well finished. And looks beautiful in my kitchen.

I had many questions before I bought it inc customising the colour it was painted in and having extra shelves fitted. Nothing was too much trouble! Pin was just the best person I have bought something from, reliable and very responsive and helpful.

I love what I purchased but feel that the delivery cost of £75 was an absolute rip off. There should be the option of collecting yourself - it wasn’t even quick as was delayed by a week - it would have been quicker and cheaper with DPD or royal mail

Sadly my vintage cabinet was damaged in transit. I cannot thank Sally enough for all her support. She was so understanding and her professionalism meant that we reached a satisfactory outcome with the delivery company. I would definitely purchase another item from Vinterior.

Everything went smoothly once I’d contacted the seller. It wasn’t clear at first how I would pay for delivery if the item.

Experience was good. Only improvement would be to show the total cost on the advertisement. I appreciate delivery will be variable but Vinterior fee could be added to the item cost as it’s unavoidable.

I love Vinterior for mid-century modern pieces, I often browse their website lusting after their stock. When I saw a lovely unit which I could afford, I didn't hesitate. The delivery went well, the unit was well wrapped up and in very good condition, especially considering its age. It looks just fabulous in my room and I love it. I still love Vinterior as well and will carry on looking at the website.

Impeccable service. The seller communicated throughout the sale and I feel I got a bargain for my item. Delivery was easy and smooth - Would just like it to be a bit cheaper. Would recommend and buy again.

I would give them no stars if I could. I am genuinely baffled about how my experience compares with other reviews. It has been chaos and confusion from placing the order. Top tip don’t check out as a guest. The telephone line gets you through to an advisor outside of the UK with such bad audio, it was a waste of time and when I could make sense of what was being said and converse, I was constantly promised updates and a resolution that never happened. Even getting a refund has been a nightmare which they are still processing. Amounts stated that are pending are incorrect and then they don’t match what they refund. Never again! I don’t often leave reviews and if I do, I try and make them positive, but I felt so strongly I wanted/needed to!

Dreadful company to deal with - there is no customer service - it is all AI which is not at all helpful. Even with ebay and Amazon it is possible to speak to real people. For a company that gives a poor service they charge the highest fees - 25% which is ridiculous and then it takes nearly 2 months for payment to be made.
Best to avoid

Lovely rug, was exactly as described and delivered on time. The only small issue was that there was a slight smell (perhaps moth repellant?) So the rug did need to be aired. But overall I am very happy with it.

Vinterior is a great platform to bring seller and buyers together, providing the assurance of item authentication and fair pricing with the delight of discovering unique and personal items.
