Previous Experience was Better
The website continues to be great for searching but prices seem less competitive and I found that, having placed several orders, delivery information was poor to the point of generating uncertainty.

Ordered 3 bottles of Brilla Prosecco. No email confirmation payment pending gave them benefit of doubt. 5 days later still nothing so cancelled order on their website no reply. Now they have taken payment with no Christmas cheer delivered and no reply from them.

Lost and Broken Wine. No response
Edit: Zero response from customer service in over a week. My wine eventually turned significantly late and bottles broken. They were just chucked in a cardboard box. No protection. No communication. Order from this place at your own risk, I can't understand the good reviews unless they are fake or bought.

Broken Bottle
One of the bottles arrived cracked and the wine was spoiled. I have tried to contact the company twice to get a replacement and my messages ignored.
Update: refund offered and accepted. Generally happy and will use Vinatis again.

Great depth of French styles
When I first ordered from this company they were one or two picking and distribution problems but more recently it has all been smooth sailing and I like them because I can explore French regional wines that are not readily available in UK.

Very good service will use again
The wine arrived very well packaged and very promptly within the time windows given by the delivery company.
This was one of the few vendors I could find supplying demi bottles of champagne in several varieties.
I had been concerned about the delivery at one point but the customer service answered me very quickly and kept me informed of the delivery status
