Delivery nightmare
Delivery nightmare. Keep being told the delivery has been shipped. I treid to contact through the contact tab and was told "I was a robot". I eventually find a phone number in the UK. It cut me off after telling me I was "on hold". I phoned again and navigated my way through the French autoreply. Eventually got through to someone in France who spoke English. Was then told that the delivery to UK takes at least a week - because of delays through customs. I have cancelled my order. I have told them to make their delivery clear asi have sat at home todat waiting for the delivery as it said it was shipped.

Misleading website/delivery times
Misleading website makes you think it is a UK company, due to the .co.uk, but they actually ship from France and don't make it clear when ordering that your delivery will be held up in customs for an unknown amount of time due to all the morons who voted for Brexit.
States 4-5 days for delivery which is clearly not accurate given the delays I have experienced.

Excellent range of non-alcoholic wines
Having checked quite a few websites, I think Vinatis has the best range of non-alcoholic wines, and at the best price. The cost of delivery was also very reasonable - and I appreciate that they do delivery to the Scottish islands - so many businesses don't. DHL delivery took a long time
DHL delivery took a long time. Got 3 different e mails ,3 days apart , telling me they had the package. The problem "was a problem in your area", but no one could tell me what the problem was. package arrived 2 and a half weeks after due delivery date.
The lambruscos' were delicious however and would recommend them thoroughly.

We confirm that we work with DPD and not DHL. Delivery times are indicative and may vary, particularly for shipments to Great Britain due to customs procedures related to Brexit, as stated at the time of order.
Once customs clearance is completed, delivery usually takes place within 48 hours, although tracking updates may not appear during this stage.

Please note that our customer service is open until 6:00 PM (France time) and was closed on May 1st (public holiday) as well as over the weekend, which explains why we were unable to reply sooner.
As previously mentioned, as a gesture of goodwill, we are offering you the three bottles received in error. Furthermore, the order you did not receive has already been fully refunded.
We also confirm that this incident has been reported to the relevant department so that the necessary measures can be taken to prevent it from happening again.
