Lamentable. Compro hoka online, talla errónea, no dan opción a otro modelo, simplemente no tienen la talla, mal explicada en la web. Y, a parte, he de pagar yo el reembolso de una caja a otra provincia.
No volveré a comprar ni recomendaré a nadie.

Lamentable online, compro unas zapas trail 95€, después de 3 dias y aceptar el pago, me cancelan el pedido sin explicación, un día mas tarde, las zapas están a 110€, aún espero respuesta, me devolvieron el dinero, eso si, pero son lamentables por no decir ratas. No compréis online.

Je le reçois , il y a 4 trous dedans .
Je fais un litige paypal et demande remboursement , on me dit de renvoyer le matériel à mes frais ou demander à Paul & shark de me rembourser .
Comment se débiner , je ne suis pas un pleureur , je paye volontiers si cela le mérite . Donc la j’ai payer 60€ un t shirt troué , et en plus il faut que je le renvoie , alors que malheureusement la place de ce t shirt est à la poubelle ou recyclage textile . On ne peut pas le porter

I had bought a jacket online. It has a lot of hidden costs. Usually, when I buy from big companies, they don't ask us to pay for returning charges. But this company, with all their selfishness, doesn't promote online trial.. I don't trust this company anymore. Very untrustworthy.. Very money minded

They sent me the wrong size of shoes and they were in poor condition. I sent them back for refund. They don’t want to refund the boots cost and the shipping cost that I paid.
Scammers!!! Avoid at all cost!!

Contrairement à certains avis j'ai eu un très bon résultat avec ce commerçant. En dehors d'un prix défi en toute concurrence j'ai eu un suivi d'expedition parfait lorsque je l'ai demandé avec une réponse presque immédiate. Le colis est arrivé très rapidement à partir du moment où il a été envoyé sans aucun souci. Donc en ce qui me concerne cette entreprise c'est montrée très sérieuse et très professionnelle.

Ich hab Wanderschuhe (North Face) die Bestellung wurde an die Partnerfirma nach Spanien weitergeleitet. Nun haben die Schuhe nicht gepasst. Jetzt soll ich sie auf eigene kosten, wieder nach Spanien zurückschicken. Mir graust: Geht sowieso nur mit versichertem Versand. Antworten kommen nur auf spanisch. Kann nur abraten. Nächstes mal leiten sie es vielleicht weiter nach Vietnam oder Australien und man muss dann dahin zurück senden🙈 würde von Unternehmen abraten.

La atencion al cliente es malisima, no escuchan y te dejan vendido con la empresa de reparto (SEUR) que ni contesta al telefono, ni por redes.
En su web anuncian entrega 2-4 dias y vamos camino de la semana entera... aun no he recibido nada.
Pero lo peor es el trato recibido, que no se puede trabajar en atencion al cliente y tener tanta falta de empatia y ser tan borde.

Me ha encantado el proceso de compra. Pedí unos Adidas y me confundí de talla . Les escribí por la noche muy tarde y por la mañana temprano ya había recibido respuesta de que no me preocupe, que ya me han cambiado la talla y me informaron sobre la equivalencia de tallas de zapatillas de US y UK. El artículo llegó en perfecto estado , originales por supuesto y todo correcto . Me han encantado . Recomiendo esta pagina al 100%

I recommend Viladomat for their wonderful customer service! Keren (and the customer service team) was very kind and helpful in locating my package after it didn't arrive after a few days— it turned out I had my old phone number on my Viladomat account so the DPD France delivery driver was unable to contact me to receive the package. Keren was thoughtful, considerate, and helpful in describing my options, and was very thorough in following up with me and with DPD on my behalf. I appreciate her patience and am grateful that she found a solution, and I happily received the package today! I will certainly be shopping with Viladomat again.
I wish I could give a bonus star because my ski jacket was also on sale for a great price! :)

Habe Skischuhe bestellt zu einem sehr guten Preis. Wurde zügig geliefert und die Bestellung auch sehr gut von dpd ausgeführt. Sehr zufrieden.

Mi experiencia hasta el momento no puede haber sido peor. Me regalaron unas zapatillas compradas en esta tienda. Al año se ha rajado la tela. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que lo remiten a la marca y que cuando tengan noticias me avisan. Pasa un mes y al no tener noticias decido escribirles. Me contestan que la marca lo ha admitido como defecto de fábrica, que les confirme si prefiero el reembolso o el producto. Para poder llevar a cabo el proceso me piden que les mande una foto de las zapatillas con la lengüeta cortada. Les digo que quiero el producto y les mando la foto. ¿Cual es su respuesta después de hacerme cortar la lengüeta? Que no tienen esas zapatillas que mire otra cosa de su web. Les contesto que deberían haberme avisado antes de que no tenían disponible el producto y que quiero el reembolso y aún estoy esperando respuesta.
ACTUALIZACIÓN: me he puesto en contacto directo con la marca, y me han confirmado que ellos nunca piden que se corte la lengüeta. Desde esta tienda me han dicho que la marca les solicita que les mande una foto de las zapatillas con la lengüeta cortada. Me están engañando. Sigo sin respuesta ni reembolso.

Tenia mis dudas debido a los comentarios que leí por acá. Pero decidí arriesgarme y tengo que decir que superó mis expectativas. En un primer momento no me llegó el mail con la información del envió pero me comuniqué por mail con atención al cliente y me la enviaron al instante. El pedido llegó el día que me habían indicado al realizar la compra. El día de la entrega, SEUR me mandó un correo indicándome la hora a la que pasarían por mi domicilio, con un mapa que me indicaba donde se encontraba el camión de reparto en tiempo real y cuantas paradas le quedaban antes de entregarme el paquete. EXCELENTE.

I just had to close a dispute in Paypal with them, for a return rejected.

1. Ordered shoes in size 7 - size guide returns mens shoes guide first in the womens section (and in Viladomat Size it doesn’t specify that it is US so very easy to get confused)
2. Return at my own cost (10€) and get rejected cause I used the sticker that came in the same box. These stickers are normally there for a reason and in the email with instructions they sent me it was not indicated that I should ignore it.

On the call I get treated like I am a number, they mention norms norms norms and I felt like they were trying to make a profit out of me.

I opened the case in Paypal and received an offer for the refund of the shoes minus the cost of the box, which was not mentioned to me at any point in the call. I even mentioned it and they initially discarded it and treated me like I am dumb for using a sticker that is clearly there for a reason.

I accepted it just cause this was causing me a massive anxiety attack and decided to prioritise my mental health. But I felt treated like I am worth nothing as a customer to them. Don’t buy here!

Entièrement satisfait de ma première commande chez Viladomat. Prix imbattable, rapidité d'expédition et surtout service client parfait. Enfin une enseigne qui considère ces clients et leur satisfaction.

Très professionnels et très réactifs, j'ai passé ma commande le jeudi soir, reçue le mercredi suivant, par Chronopost (avec tracking du colis!). ayant besoin des chaussures imperativement je les ai gardées.

Après avoir longuement échangé, par téléphone, depuis la France avec un vendeur local (situé en Andorre), la commande a été reçue dans les 5 jours, parfaitement emballée et à un tarif IMBATTABLE!!!
Le vendeur était très sympa et très compétent!!!
Je repasserai commande sur ce site de confiance, sans aucune hésitation!!! Merci Viladomat!!!
