Following our email correspondence, we can confirm that we have thoroughly investigated your case with both our Customer Services team and payment provider. Our records confirm that order VB304700 was cancelled on 29 May before the payment was captured. As a result, no funds were collected by Victoria Beckham for this order.
We understand that a transaction may have appeared on your account initially. However, this would have been a temporary authorisation, which is a standard banking process used to reserve funds while a transaction is pending. When the order was cancelled prior to capture, the authorisation was released and no completed payment was taken by us.
We understand that your query is still open with our client services representative and they will continue to assist you in any way possible within scope should you have any other questions.

Bad boutique experience
I walked in after talking to a sales assistant who had set aside a dress for me, when I came in it took some time for someone to help me, they were not sure what I was talking about but they brought the dress for me, I tried it on and decided to get it, it needed to be steamed so I went for lunch and came back some hrs later to pick it up. As I walked out, I realized it was the wrong size, so I came back, they apologized and tried helping me but it was close to their closing time and they were short on staff, I told the girl not to worry and I would come back a few days later to pick it up.
To my surprise when I came back they were totally unaware of why I was there, it took a very large amount of time for them to figure out, and when they finally grabbed the dress for me it was unsteamed.
I was about to fly out the next day and my schedule was tight, so they offered they could send it to me during the morning, I specifically let them know I would be there until certain time as I was checking out - when I called upon the unrecieved dress they said they were about to book the delivery, clearly making it out of time; they in the end delivered it to me later in the day, I had to constantly reach out for the status and it arrived with no garment bag, making the steaming completely irrelevant as the dress of course wrinkled during transport.
The experience in the boutique has unfortunately a lot to improve.

Great Delivery service
Ordered a dress which came up a size bigger than the one I had bought previously in another colourway. Went through the exchange process which was seamless. Excited to receive replacement dress within a couple of days but the wrong product had been sent. Then had real difficulties trying to exchange as website not allowing me to do this. Eventually sorted out over the phone with customer services and wrong dress replaced with correct one - again within a couple of days. Can't fault the customer service or delivery service - very good.
