Several folks covering the floor but all seemed very unimpressed with me. I’ve shopped regularly at the London store when I have a night or two in town traveling from Seattle. I love your clothing, your store, I just cringe going in knowing I’ll be ignored. I still shop there because of your beautiful fit, but at 62, your staff is lack lustre, and judgemental.

I cannot give a positive response because I have not yet received the item. According to DHL, inadequate USA customs information was included in the shipment from the UK and my skirt is in limbo at the DHL hub in Cincinnati OH.
I have no idea if it fits or how comfortable it is to wear. If there is any follow-up you can do to help DHL finish customs clearance, I would greatly appreciate it.

The staff at the VB store on Dover…
The staff at the VB store on Dover Street deserve a Nobel Prize for their patience and endurance in dealing with all of us—visitors from various European countries who happened to be there at the same time. None of us knew each other, yet we chatted as a group about what suited whom, how to style the pieces, and what to buy. It was a very frendly atmosphere.
I felt right at home and at ease; I could touch anything, try out the cosmetics, and put on the clothes that were on display.
