It was a bit strange at first still getting used to the different size from the flat to the bungalow ready for spring to get used to it but will get there if the first months energy bill is anything to go by it will save me quite a bit of money

The person that came out to door did ok but not happy they said they can’t replaced door as they didn’t put it in but it was on when we moved in 4 years ago and was on years before that. He said I should have signed something about it when we moved here . I never did would have done as boiler is out there in cupboard so wasn’t happy he said he would have to take it off but he rubbed in down and ok for now

I have had an anti social issue with 1 of their tenants for years.also with WHA.its like banging your head against a brick wall. They just don't care or bother. total waste of time complaining. Had the police out to him. Don't want to know. Bloody rubbish. Staff completely crap.

I rang vico homes today because my boiler was on the blink straight away one of assistants answered the phone asked me the problem took my details told me it was urgent but not to worry as they would be out as sat and they was they did a brilliant job left me no mess polite new there job got it done and went great work!!
