I’ve been chasing a refund for about a month. Despite following the sizing guide the shoes didn’t fit. Returned 6 weeks ago and I still don’t have my money back minus the restock fee. Would really avoid this company and think I’ll have to raise a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered Zuma but got Roma.

The shoes is just okay.

The support stopped answering me 16 of May.

The whole experience was spoilt by when I returned a pair for a different colour I got charged £10 return to stock fee for this reason I would avoid in the future also the attitude of customer service when emailed

Think carefully before ordering

Have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this company. They are extremely comfy, good quality and I highly recommend. Quick delivery (about a week to the Uk ) with good tracking. Well worth the wait. Fit was true to size. Hopefully they will start selling in more shops in the UK but you need to order direct at the moment for the full range/sizes

Never received the shoes. Stay away. I was suspicious of too good to be true shoes with no website or communication. Should have listened to my gut. Now waiting for refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes more 2 months ago. Payment was proceed immedialtely but I never received my order and noone is answering on the customer service except to copy paste the status of my order

I was skeptical but oh my these are the best shoes I've ever ordered. They took a little while to get to here but I had excellent communication from the company and they were so worth the wait. In fact I would say the wait is part of the experience as it shows they are not mass produced . I love my Roma shoes and I have a pair of Saint Tropez on the way.

Have had my slouches for a little over a month now. Since then, I have not worn my other slouches. These are so comfy!!! I really have to restrain myself from putting these on when I would go to the shop. Although this would be perfect!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes, which would have been my fifth pair. After four useless responses from an AI chat function on two separate engagements several days apart, I tried to call using a number I found online and got an automated response. My card company is voiding the charge and refunding me, which is sad… Vibae makes a great product, but they need to communicate on limiting factors, shipping delays et al. It’s a lot of money to ask a blue collar person to spend without even so much as a response as to why there’s been no acknowledgment of the purchase status after three weeks.

Angekommen, ausgepackt, angezogen und losgelaufen. Selbst nach einem halben Tag unterwegs fühlt er sich geschmeidig an… Und es wird noch besser, mit der Zeit wird er bequemer.

I ordered two pairs of mules on the 4th of May. Ive sent numerous emails and have had only one human response, telling me that the shoes are very popular because they're so comfortable. And that when they restock, my order will be fulfilled. Why take money from customers if you do not have the merchandise to fulfil the purchase?!

I place an order didn't receive it and no reply from customer service i think i should report as fraud in bank 160 euro not easy money

My Romas have broken after a year. Split sole. Haven’t worn that much due to the English weather. Would have hoped for many years more wear due to the high cost. Don’t mind the high cost of get wear out of them. Won’t buy again as can’t afford a new pair every year. So sad. Have tried to contact customer service many times. They have gone cold. Terrible.

The shoe leather isn’t as soft as I was hoping they’d be and although they are comfortable they do feel as though they will slip off when I’m walking. I think the shoes do not reflect the quality expected from their advertising and pricing.

Beautiful footwear. Exceptionally comfortable despite having a bunion and usually uncomfortable feet these have made slipping on a pair of easy to wear but supportive shoes enjoyable. Not ugly either. Beautiful soft leather with innovative inserts to support arch and toes. They are an investment for sure but will be paid back in price per wear. Excellent example of Boot ls Theory (look it up)
