Delivery was completely ok! Shoes are beautiful but squeezing my toes. Sole is bloody but for one day I like the shoes very much!

Such a wonderful company - I bought a pair of ROMAs and couldn't be happier with them. I had an issue with them shortly after wearing and customer service could not have been more helpful, solving the problem. I hope Vibae never stop making these shoes as they are what I've always been looking for and I will be buying from them for life.

Service client déplorable. Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis et le service client refuse de me rembourser après 1 mois et demi d’attente. 13 e-mails. Ils me demandent d’attendre encore sans jamais proposer aucune solution. Choquant.

I have waited weeks for the shoes to arrive after of course I was charged
when they did arrive --the box was the right size the shoes were not and customer service dissapeared. I have use the refund system as they explian online but so far was not refunded and we are in june 20th (purchased in april 4th!)

The shoes are nice, but their carrier UPS really sucks. Got my 1st pair 2 years ago and now wanted a second pair in a different color. My package is now stuck in my town ( 6km away) for 3 days and has been delayed now twice. I can’t even pick it up myself before they send me a message. It is extremely bad service. Vibae- shame on you to use this carrier!!!

Bought my pair of Roma’s in pre-order and the were delivered about 3 weeks later. Very pleased with my purchase, they were exactly what I thought they would be.

Really pleased with my Roma shoes, they are so comfy. Ordered a pair of St Tropez and can’t wait for them to arrive. I live in the U.K. and it takes about 2 weeks to get them delivered assuming they aren’t on backorder, which is made clear when to are ordering. Not bad delivery time in my opinion, considering they are coming from another country.

I have purchased from this company before. The shoes are great however there is always a delay in delivery. This time, my package is stuck in UK customs despite me having paid all duties. This indicates that there may be a problem with the company’s paperwork. Neither UPS nor Vibae are being proactive at sorting out the issue. I am the one who has been chasing UPS and Vibae with not much success. Because of their use of AI virtual assistant, it has become impossible to speak to a real person. I placed this order back in May and it is now a month later and I am still waiting!

Put in the wrong address asked them to change it with UPS as only the sender can. They said the did but when it was attempted to be delivered it still had the wrong address and was returned to sender. I now have to go on a month trip without the shoes, absolutely worst service.

I'm using these Saint Tropez shoes as my summer slippers and they are already, after just a few weeks, the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Beautifully soft, malleable leather and a great footbed - just heavenly!

Le pire service client que je j'ai jamais vu. Ca fait des mois que je leur envoie mail sur mail pour me faire rembourser une commande qui n'a jamais été livrée. Ils m'ont finalement répondue pour la seule et unique raison que ma réclamation auprès de Paypal arrivait à échéance et qu'ils auraient été obligés de me rembourser... A l'heure actuelle, ils ne m'ont toujours pas remboursée et ont le culot de m'envoyer un mail stipulant qu'ils ont soit résolu ma demmande, soit qu'ils n'ont pas eu de nouvelles de ma part.... Bref, une catastrophe

Check the company here on Trustpilot. They are not providing with your requested buyings. I was sent the wrong size, but was still deducted payment on my refund. On their website it shows far more positiv customers, than here on Trustpilot. Scam comapany!!

I received a defective shoe and returned my purchase at the beginning of April. On the 18th of May I contacted the customer service telling them that I still hadn't received my refund. I also opened a claim through Paypal and shortly after received this message:
"I'm so sorry for the delay! For some reason our system did not track the return.
I tried to refund you but as you have initiated a claim with PayPal I'm not able to do it. If you cancel it I can manually refund you."
I stupidly closed the claim and subsequently did not receive a refund but a money transfer from Vibae which did not correspond to the whole sum because of a transfer fee! The transfer will be available from the 18th of June!
I contacted Vibae once again for an explanation on why I should not get back all my money but they never responded. It's been nearly two weeks now and I initiated a new procedure though Paypal and my credit card.....
I wish you luck if you buy from them but I would rather stay away as they behave like scammers...

Poor customer service response. I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and do not have confirmation of shipping after they charged my credit card. I have emailed a number of times with no response.

Such mixed reviews for this company, I should have been suspicious from the start. Was initially eager to own a pair of these shoes and saved until I could afford them. I ordered and was informed they were on ‘back order’ - ie they were advertising shoes for sale when they had no stock. I contacted customer services on 2 or 3 occasions to ask about eta but was fobbed off by what I suspect was a bot pretending to help.
I realised I had ordered a size too small and since I was still waiting for a dispatch date, thought it would be no problem to ask for a larger size to be sent. Next thing I knew was that my order was simply cancelled with no apology or explanation. Terrible company - glad I didn’t waste my money.

Really comfortable but easily ruined outerwear. Stained with toothpaste!!!!

I had high hopes for the Viba shoes, especially considering the cost, but they really didn’t deliver. The quality doesn’t match the price at all. They feel cheaply made and not worth the premium.

Comfort is also an issue. The shoes are not breathable, and my feet felt hot and uncomfortable very quickly. Even worse, they don’t stay securely on my feet while walking. I had to constantly stop and readjust, which got annoying fast.

Overall, these shoes look good in ads but fail when it comes to real-world use. I can’t recommend them unless major improvements are made.
